What do you like best about Credit Key?

Credit Key is good for the buyer and the seller. It helps to build solid business relationships that can grow both parties through revolving credit lines. It gives additional financial security for cash flow, and the opportunity for businesses to take some risks, knowing that the interest rates are low, and not predatory. Revolving credit lines are invaluable to a growing buiness and Credit Key is a fast and simple program to get started with. Credit Key is an excellent resource to help increase your bottom line. What do you dislike about Credit Key?

What problems is Credit Key solving and how is that benefiting you?

We encounter a lot of new entreprenuers, and/or new B2B clients for our product lines who need to purchase samples that they can introduce as new products to their clients. "Great Alternative to Bank Financing - Solar Business"

What do you like best about Credit Key?

Credit Key helps my customers to finalize their purchases of customer designed solar systems and solar components. While solar energy is positive for customers for many reasons, the initial cost of acquiring solar can be beyond customers' ability to pay all at once. Credit Key provides financing for these customers, who benefit from having their solar systems sooner and later and the ability to make affordable, budget-friendly payments over time. What do you dislike about Credit Key?

Only dislike, and this is minor. Once Credit Key financing is approved for the customer, it is a few business days before we received the loan funding (proceeds). For the solar business and the high demand for solar components lately, this delay can be costly from a fulfillment process. Customers are queued into fulfillment based on payments received. We help our customers by moving them forward in the process once we are notified of Credit Key's approval. Still, we are waiting for the receipt of the loan for a few days. What problems is Credit Key solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solar customers need assistance with financing the initial purchase of solar components and/or systems. The initial investment can be costly (higher than what many customers can pay out of pocket). Credit Key allows our customers to BNPL. They benefit from purchasing solar NOW and pay off their investment over time. WIthout financing arrangements from Credit Key, many of our customers would be unable to purchase the solar products they need immediately. And, the solar industry is experiencing more and more customer demand; thus, delays in fulfillment can be experienced. "What a great way to offer credit terms!"

What do you like best about Credit Key?

We are a small company and have always been nervous about offering credit terms. Now we use Credit Key and have increased our ability to attract new clients by offering credit terms in conjunction with Credit Key. Credit Key gives reasonable credit limits based on a simple credit investigation. Approval only takes a few minutes. We would ecommedn Credit Key highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Credit Key?

It's very easy to use and allows the customers to have more indepence and do everything by themselves eletronically without having to call for vendors and take steps manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike is when the credit reshesh is needed to be done and the customer loses the approval or it gets avaialbe for a very small amount even when it's paid on time. But I undertand it's about their credit score changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about Credit Key?

We have used Credit Key for over a year now, with the majority of our financing customers working thru Credit Key. The portal is very user-friendly, and when I have a question on a payment, all the Customer Service Members have been incredibly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
