I wanted to review this because I felt like I was scammed. This company has to be the biggest scam ever. I have a small loan of $2,000 and paid $814. They add interest on the 2nd of September, which is now $3500. I asked if you add back $700 to $800; he’s like playing dumb and not answering my question straight up, then perceived to tell me of dang near 100% interest added to my account. This has got to be the worst company ever. I shouldn't have to pay what I’ve already paid plus what I owe. Worse mistake ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EasyPay? There is no finance charge if this is paid withing 90 days. But, They haven't reported any of my payments which will make my balance lower. Paid off my loan within 90 days to avoid the extremely high interest, and the balance is still on my credit as owed. Spoke with a representative that told me I would have to file a dispute with the credit bureau to get my credit account updated smh they even sent me a letter confirming it’s paid, but they couldn’t update my credit! This is simplest tool for paying I have ever seen. The best part about it is it's security. It's more safe than using cheque book or credit card because there is no physical details available. What problems is EasyPay solving and how is that benefiting you? The best part I like it is it's installment feature. But when the first I was using there was problem in installation making. It was showing wrong installment amounts after calculation then I figured it out the plugins and the software itself is bit outdated. Have to update or install the latest software from the tool. I like the platform has simplicity for getting integrated into a 3rd party website. It has a good API with good documentation, and even the payment processing/collection is more accessible. Nothing major, but we can have 24\*7 support for the payments because the different timezones may be an issue if there are any payment issues with the customers. Sometimes there are a few bugs in the app, which disrupt the user experience. But that is understandable as the app is new and new features are continuously being released.
