**What do you like best about Cotización Web?**

The interface is very intuitive. The initial implementation didn't cost much and they contacted me immediately to help me get everything set up. They gave me personalized training on all the workflows even before I paid. The service is cheap for what it offers and is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses for which using other software becomes complex. It has an option to send proposals by email and see if they were reviewed, which helps a lot in establishing contact flows with the client.

**What do you dislike about Cotización Web?**

The only thing I would add are other quotation formats, thinking of creating something more visual. But for what I use it for, it's perfect.

**What problems is Cotización Web solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improve the proposal submission flow. Previously, the sales team had proposals in different formats and in different places, and the rest of the team did not have visibility of what the others were doing. Now they can see the quotes sent, clone them if there is something similar, and for me as an administrator, I have full control of the proposals sent, how much each salesperson generates, and thus calculate their commissions.
