**What do you like best about Cotera OS?**

Cotera has been a game-changer for our organization, saving significant time and resources across multiple departments, not just CX. Its AI-driven data analysis is faster and more accurate than human efforts, enabling smarter, faster decisions. They are also able to support custom needs unique to our org. Using Cotera, we built a QA model from scratch (which integrated seamlessly into our CRM), eliminating the need for a costly third-party platform and streamlining our workflows.

Additionally, its sentiment analysis capabilities are exceptional. Cotera scans customer sentiment across various touchpoints, including external sites, providing invaluable insights to keep us proactive and customer-focused. Cotera is an essential tool for any business aiming to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer understanding. Highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Cotera OS?**

Cotera’s performance is outstanding, and while the initial user interface for new features can feel a bit clinical, it quickly improves after a couple of refinement cycles. The adjustment phase is minor and doesn’t impact the tool’s functionality or results, which are always top-notch.

What stands out is Cotera’s responsiveness to feedback—any initial challenges are addressed quickly, ensuring the platform continues to deliver both powerful performance and a great user experience.

**What problems is Cotera OS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cotera OS addresses two significant challenges for our team (amongst other things):

Understanding customer sentiment: Previously, we had to manually scour the internet, customer feedback, reviews, and NPS data to gauge customer sentiment—a time-consuming and fragmented process. Cotera solves this by generating comprehensive sentiment analysis across timelines and multiple sources, providing us with actionable insights in one place.

Efficient quality assurance: Manually reviewing CX tickets for QA was resource-intensive and limited the time we could spend on other priorities. Cotera’s AI automates this process by grading interactions against our criteria, saving leadership time and enabling us to provide more robust feedback. The seamless integration into our CRM further streamlines this process.

**What do you like best about Cotera OS?**

I loved working with the Cotera team. The platform is great, but the team & customer support itself was phenomenal. Setup was easy and quick, they were able to unblock major initiatives for us, and we eventually grew to a bunch of different teams using it (me on the marketing side, plus our CX team and finance team).

**What do you dislike about Cotera OS?**

It's not fully self-service...or at least, it wasn't when I was using it (maybe that's changed, I couldn't say...I was one of their early customers so they may have changed this as they grew). You get paired with a data scientist to help as you add in new features.

**What problems is Cotera OS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cotera is primarily for CX teams, but we used it on the marketing side. They helped us with segmentation & personalization, they built us a recommendation engine, and then they were able to write in additional data into Braze (our marketing automation platform). This allowed us to use contextual data, like recent issues with the product / interactions with our CX team, to segment users + trigger and/or personalize messages.

Cotera helped us solve a critical business problem for our operations team: 

"How do we get customer insights from all our support volume." 

By aggregating our data from several different sources, our whole company now has real time insights into inbounds, pain points, feature requests and more!
