What do you like best about Cotera OS?

Cotera has been a game-changer for our organization, saving significant time and resources across multiple departments, not just CX. Its AI-driven data analysis is faster and more accurate than human efforts, enabling smarter, faster decisions. They are also able to support custom needs unique to our org. Using Cotera, we built a QA model from scratch (which integrated seamlessly into our CRM), eliminating the need for a costly third-party platform and streamlining our workflows.

Additionally, its sentiment analysis capabilities are exceptional. Cotera scans customer sentiment across various touchpoints, including external sites, providing invaluable insights to keep us proactive and customer-focused. What do you dislike about Cotera OS?

Cotera’s performance is outstanding, and while the initial user interface for new features can feel a bit clinical, it quickly improves after a couple of refinement cycles. The adjustment phase is minor and doesn’t impact the tool’s functionality or results, which are always top-notch.

What do you like best about Cotera OS?

I loved working with the Cotera team. The platform is great, but the team & customer support itself was phenomenal. Setup was easy and quick, they were able to unblock major initiatives for us, and we eventually grew to a bunch of different teams using it (me on the marketing side, plus our CX team and finance team). What do you dislike about Cotera OS?

It's not fully self-service...or at least, it wasn't when I was using it (maybe that's changed, I couldn't say...I was one of their early customers so they may have changed this as they grew).
