What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Corporate Traveler and their extraordinary team. From day one, they have been thorough, professional, and genuinely invested in our success. They don't just meet expectations—they consistently go above and beyond in ways that make them feel like an extension of our own department. Their care and dedication are unmatched, and I honestly can't imagine navigating our corporate travel needs without them.

Matthew Curry, our Principal Account Executive, has been phenomenal from the start. His patience and commitment to ensuring every single question is answered—no matter how big or small—have set the tone for an incredible partnership. Matthew truly cares about our experience and it shows in everything he does.

Reggie Marham, our Customer Success Manager, is always just a call or email away whenever I need support. Whether it's troubleshooting portal access for our team or walking me through reports, Reggie handles everything with expertise and a can-do attitude. Knowing he's there gives me such peace of mind.

What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?

Having Corporate Traveler in my corner when a flight is delayed or canceled has been such a life saver. I can't count the number of times our rep, Connor, has swooped in and found us an alternate flight out to make sure we are making it to meetings in time or getting back home without the nightmare of being stuck out in some random city when you just want to get back to your own bed. They also help me find upgrades with no cost added and help me switch flights when plans change. I barely need to lift a finger. The work is always quick, precise, and friendly. What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?

What we find most helpful about Corporate Traveler is the excellent customer support and their timely responsiveness to our needs. Having a dedicated team—including a Senior Customer Success Manager, a Manager, and outstanding travel agents—has truly elevated the travel experience for staff across our organization. We feel well cared for, with solutions offered to our issues and clear answers to our concerns.

Our experience during the implementation and launch of the platform was smooth, and we consistently felt supported throughout the process. Currently, the least helpful aspect of Corporate Traveler is the invoicing system. While we understand that improvements are underway and automation is being introduced, we are still experiencing significant delays. What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?

I love the ease of the application process. Searching and making reservations is so simple and easy. Whenever there is an issue and I need to speak to someone, whether it is our dedicated travel manager or our representatives at Corporate Traveler I get the help I need and with a smile. Sometimes things are not easy, but they never seem to be disturbed by the issues.

I use Corporate Traveler almost every day and being able to search for flights and decide what is the best option for y travelers is fantastic. It is easy to do a search on flights, hotels and car rentals and the ability to have all the necessary information needed for the traveler in the profile, such as seat preference and frequent flyer numbers, makes things move much faster. Corporate Traveler has worked with us to ensure our workflow is tailored to our unique needs as a research study. The standout feature of Corporate Traveler's service is communication. Someone from their team is always available 24/7 to assist us with booking, changes, and pricing. In addition to their 'white glove' service, they also recently launched their own booking tool 'Melon' that makes it even easier for anyone company-wide to book and communicate with their team via chat. What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?

Our company has been using Corporate Traveler for almost 2 years now, and it's been a wonderful experience. Our Travel Manager, Lauren, is absolutely amazing! She's so friendly, helpful, and very responsive - she always replies and takes care of our bookings and requests immediately. Our employees travel multiple times a year at various times and we've been able to receive support for cancelled or changed flights in all of the countries they're traveling to. What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler?

Pricing is sometimes not the greatest, but we have been able to mostly work around this by requesting the TM to book the cheaper price for us. Hotels haven't been a great draw for us on Melon due to being able to find cheaper, more options outside of melon and not allowing changes, but i believe this is something that has recently changed! What do you like best about Corporate Traveler?

Working with our travel agency has been an absolute game-changer. Justin Hall provides true white glove service and it’s honestly faster and easier to go through him than to try handling bookings myself. He anticipates what I need, catches details I might have missed, and always comes back with solutions instead of problems.

As an EA, I handle a lot of complex, multi-leg, and last-minute bookings, and Justin gets it right 100% of the time. He’s fast, thorough, and makes sure everything is seamless from start to finish. Even when things change unexpectedly, he handles adjustments quickly and professionally, giving me total peace of mind.

The part I like best is how easy he is to work with. Justin is responsive, proactive, and always a step ahead. He makes my life so much easier and is the kind of partner you can rely on completely.
