They are very customer centric; they take the time work with our travelers to get them the best flight options possible. What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler? “Dislike” is a strong word. I’d frame this more as an area for improvement: The format of their flight manifest when exported causes us a lot of manual manipulation. Also, the process of pulling the data itself needs the ability to drill down to more specific data. I’m hopeful that, with the implementation of Melon, this will improve. I like having a dedicated travel manager and the easy access to a real, live travel agent when I need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Corporate Traveler? Our current invoice reconciliation process is highly time-consuming. Because booking details like trip descriptions and budget codes do not transfer to the receipts, we have to manually re-enter this information for accounting.
