Searching and making reservations is so simple and easy. Whenever there is an issue and I need to speak to someone, whether it is our dedicated travel manager or our representatives at Corporate Traveler I get the help I need and with a smile. Sometimes things are not easy, but they never seem to be disturbed by the issues. I use Corporate Traveler almost every day and being able to search for flights and decide what is the best option for y travelers is fantastic. It is easy to do a search on flights, hotels and car rentals and the ability to have all the necessary information needed for the traveler in the profile, such as seat preference and frequent flyer numbers, makes things move much faster. They work directly with participants to ensure appropriate travel is arranged, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car service, etc. Our participants are presented with a couple different options for travel to ensure they have options to choose from with an aim to stay within study budget. Our Corporate Traveler agents notify us if a trip is going to be over budget and we work together to assess more solutions.
