In my case, the best thing about ConverSight is its capabilities of converting insight into a conversational one along with visual dashboards. The best feature in my opinion is its ability to connect to multiple systems we have and pull information on the inventory and suppliers. I can just punch in the question, as to "on hand stock of product X in all of the warehouses and get an instant and consolidated figure. This real time global perspective allows us to avert possible bottlenecks within our supply chain. Sometimes ConverSight is not great when I pose very multi layered questions involving trends beyond a year without specific data engineering coverage. The initial task of creating a custom data source mapping was a little more labor consuming than what typically is expected with non standard data types. What I love is, it takes out the complexity of our disjointed marketing data. I can ask highly granular questions e.g. "What is our holiday email conversion by geography" and get an instant clear answer. It seamlessly ties in data from our ad channels, CRM and web analytics. There are times when ConverSight does not understand our highly unique internal campaign jargon and this has made me tone down on my choice of words. I would also like to see additional capabilities to customize chart appearance, or the options to create a combination chart of two or more chart types in a single view. Its natural language understanding of very query specific searches is very accurate. When we query it with specific information we require, it always brings back the correct data points such as when we query the hourly deviation of throughput in a specific machine. It also removes the nightmare of manual data exports and consolidation, as it excecutes seamlessly and integrates our data across all our older production systems and new ERP. With our legacy machinery we had some very specific data sources that needed an integration tailored specifically, which was somewhat less than plug and play. The detailed report formatting customization has some limitation on some requirements under compliance. I particularly like the speed at which ConverSight provides us responses to highly specific operational questions. I can simply pose the question: what is the average time unloading trucks that come at the time of the day before noon? The instant summary is worth its weight in gold on a daily planning basis. It also, counterintuitively, allows us to see possible issues that we would not see. ConverSight can tell us that a product leader has an abnormal spike in return rates or that a particular region has a sharp increase in transit times, often, before we even notice there is a trend. In some cases, when presenting highly specific questions with special vocabulary pertaining to the type of inventory goods we deal with, it takes several trials to get the wording just right. As much as the insights are desirable, sometimes I wish I can have more control over how the data will look like immediately on the conversational interface. I am very pleased with the fact that it identifies anomalies in performance very fast in our different digital campaigns. Unexpected surges of engagement in a certain ad creative or sharp declines of leads in a certain channel are instantly flagged as alerts in ConverSight, sparing us the hours of manual research. In addition, the option of simulating theoretical budget adjustments and displaying calculated changes in projected ROI in real time is of great assistance to our planning. The original configurations of highly custom marketing attribution models was slightly more complex than expected. Very often the recommended follow up questions that it presents following a query may not be useful always to our immediate needs in the analysis. The most treasured value to me is the speed at which ConverSight assembles various operational systems information. It gives us the integrated perspective of inventory and production schedules in one look without any complicated queries. I can also enquire follow up questions on supplier lead times and the system grasps the context swiftly. The conversion of the visual output to a precise representation format may prove a tad cumbersome at times. At times we come across cases where some data sets need serious pre cleaning off the platform to work best.
