**What do you like best about Cone?**

The combination of a genuinely great product and customer service that actually delivers. Cone does everything I need to run my bookkeeping practice efficiently  without the ridiculous price tag of the competitors. The team is responsive and helpful every single time. It's rare to find a platform where the product and the people behind it are both this good.

**What problems is Cone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Cone, I was paying for multiple platforms to handle different parts of my practice, billing, workflow management, and email were all scattered across separate tools. That fragmentation costs time and money. Cone brought everything into one place, which has streamlined how I run my bookkeeping business day-to-day. The consolidated billing alone has saved me over $12,000 AUD compared to what I was spending before. Less time switching between platforms means more time on client work and that directly benefits my bottom line.

**What do you like best about Cone?**

All in one practice management software. Having emails, files, forms, proposals and templates all in one platform saves a ton of time and money not having to go between platforms.

**What do you dislike about Cone?**

There is nothing that sticks out as needing to be mentioned

**What problems is Cone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most practice management software providers only solve a piece of the puzzle, eg doing proposals but then you need somewhere to save your documents, somewhere to create questionnaires, somewhere to store all the client information. Cone has all of that in one platform that integrates with Xero and can link directly to my DMS as well. It is also priced really well compared to alternates that are often more expensive. The team at Cone are really responsive and are able to assist when I need help. It doesn't matter whether you're a solo-practioner or a large firm, Cone works for any practice.

**What do you like best about Cone?**

Cone has easily been the best software we’ve implemented for our sales process. It looks impressive to clients  so genuinely helps seal the deal. But for us, the best thing has been the automated billing as we no longer have to waste time chasing debtors.

**What do you dislike about Cone?**

Not much to be honest, as with every software it takes a little while to set up and get used to but the Cone team have been so helpful answering any questions.

**What problems is Cone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our business, the primary challenge was automating our billing processes. Since we bill clients in several ways, hourly, by project, and on retainer, managing these different methods can be quite time-consuming. We configured all our services in Cone with the appropriate billing requirements, and now Cone handles the execution. After the initial setup of templates, the ongoing process is very straightforward and we can have proposals out to new prospects in minutes.

I really appreciate how superb the team at Cone is. They've been great from the initial free trial period through execution and even now, five months after implementation, they are readily available to find solutions to all our existing problems. Also, Cone is very simple to use, which is a big plus. The initial setup was very easy and pretty straightforward.

I believe the Proposal templates could be more though it is not a deal breaker

Cone helps with task and client management, managing deadlines, and proposals. The support team is superb and the product is very simple to use.

I had the opportunity to meet with Jahangir Mohammed to better understand the features and functionality of Cone (YC S22). After our meeting and comparing similar products it was an easy choice. I highly recommend Cone (YC S22) for it's simplicity, smart workflows, payment integrations, customer service, and cost.

I have not experienced any negative issues with the software.

Cone saves me time and makes me more efficient. I can create very professional proposals and automate the entire process. Cone sends the proposal, follows up with the potential client, closes the deal, manages payments, and sends the invoices to the accounting software.

At the moment, there isn't much to comment on, as new features are being added every week. I understand that this is a new product, and I appreciate that the team is receptive to suggestions.

**What do you like best about Cone?**

Cone provides an all in one solution for client engagement, through contracts, to managing and capturing contact and client information, proposals and full automation of invoicing, payments and collection of fees, all at a significantly lower cost than competitors. Any business looking to eliminate their accounts receivable and reduce administration time by having their payment collection software run these processes on autopilot should definitely consider Cone.

Came from another platform and could not be happier, it handled everything I needed it to plus gave more flexibility and further options to customise proposals.

The teams customer service is second to none, any problems or issues I had with using it or setting the program up were handled promptly and made sense.

**What do you dislike about Cone?**

There may be a little learning curve in setting up the program, but once you use it for a bit of time, it won't be an issue. This is expected as all systems will require a bit of getting used to.

I’ve been using Cone for about 9 months now. I love the clean, uncluttered interface which is so easy to navigate. Cone is also excellent value for money compared with many of the other products on the market. What really stands out for me though is the customer support: the team go above and beyond, always taking feedback on board and using this to guide the ongoing development of the product. They're quick to respond and always super helpful.

There really isn't anything I dislike about Cone. I love using it and I know I can always rely on the team if I need help.

Cone saves me a lot of time by pulling all my client information together in one place and linking straight into Xero and Companies House. It keeps my workflow simple and clear, which means I can focus more on the advisory side of my work rather than chasing bits of information.

You need effective engagement terms in place to copy into the software. It wasn't a problem for us as we moved from Ignition but if you were starting from scratch it could be very time consuming.

It's easy to use, affordable and support is great. Always open to bringing new features and saves me so much time already. You can be up and running in literally 15 minutes, connects with Xero and the best part is that it looks very professional and clients love the simplicity to read and sign. I use it daily, and i am still discovering more and more features to love. Great work, team!

I tried other proposal softwares but Cone felt much less overwhelming, more intuitive and user friendly. The support team is very responsive and open to feedback.

At the moment, I believe alignment fees are still calculated manually. It seems Cone is working on this.

I’ve found it really user‑friendly, with handy templates for client proposals. It's very customisable and integrates with Xero, Xama, Go Cardless and Stripe. The automated billing features are also time saving.

The support is fast and efficient making any fixes or explanations required quick and painful free.

Being new there is lots of development, which generally is a fantastic benefit. Occasionally there will be a change impacting another feature being used, which may no longer work as it did.

Time saving is the biggest problem I have fixed, compared to previous solutions. This is achieved where I can set-up a template, the client and contact syncs with my accounting software (Xero) and the proposal is easy to create with minimal changes required. Quick and user-friendly.

Cone is so simple to use. We used to spend a lot of time creating proposals and engagement letters. Now it is a breeze!

We love Cone for proposals to new clients. Fully customisable and very user friendly. I have used some of the other proposal software and this is really one of the best we've tried. They should be in every accounting firm's app stack.

Proposals and engagement letters are now automated and sent out timeously. We can even do a full live proposal while meeting with a client for the first time. This is a game changer and leaves a very good impression of our business.

**What do you like best about Cone?**

I could vouch for cone being an excellent tool for proposals and payment processing. It's extremely well priced compared to other software and the features are brilliant.

I've used Practice Ignition, Better Proposals and Bright Propose and can wholeheartedly say that Cone beats each of them pound for pound.

The customer service is fantastic and the team is always looking to help Cone be perfect in your tech stack.

It needs more natural integrations. It doesn't have because it's new.

I love it so far. Maybe the UI could improve.

Ease of use and speed with which I can make a proposal for my clients. Also I like the intuitive design features like the ablity to add brand logo and colours.

There isn't currently an autosave option, so if you reload the page you loose your work.

**What do you like best about Cone?**

I found that Cone Proposal-to-Payment system useful in managing my freelance proposal and payment.  The options available that permits preparation of professional quality, dynamic Web proposals in mere minutes have enhanced my client presentation.

**What do you dislike about Cone?**

There is little flexibility when it comes to branding elements on individual proposals, as well as little inherent ability to customize the content depending on the client’s requirements. The problem lies in the fact that it is difficult to bring in custom graphics into the current templates.

**What problems is Cone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Cone Proposal-to-Payment unfolds itself as a complete proposal to payment cycle indeed.  Submitting effective proposals, capturing signatures and issuing invoices all are made easy from the same medium.

The interface is quite user-friendly and has some great tools to send proposals, invoices, and sync them with my own accounting software. I also like the customer support they offer.

Much research was needed before registering on the platform because there were not many help articles or guides to refer to.

Streamlining customers with their sales and onboarding documentation. It also helps with Sales Invoices and Receipts.
