**What do you like best about Community?**

What I love most about Community is how it enables real, direct, and personal communication at scale. It feels like texting your audience one-on-one, but with powerful tools behind it—segmentation, automation, and analytics—that make it scalable and strategic. The interface is super intuitive, and the customer support is responsive and helpful whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Community?**

While the core functionality is excellent, I’d like to see more integrations with third-party tools like CRMs or marketing automation platforms. Also, the analytics dashboards are solid but could benefit from more customization options to better align with different campaign goals. These are small things, but they’d make a great platform even better.

**What problems is Community solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community helps solve the challenge of building authentic, direct relationships with our audience at scale. Traditional marketing channels often feel impersonal or get lost in the noise—Community cuts through that by delivering personalized messages straight to people’s phones. It bridges the gap between brand and consumer, making communication feel human, timely, and two-way.

This has benefited us by increasing engagement rates, driving faster responses, and helping us build a loyal base of followers who genuinely want to hear from us. It also simplifies the process of managing large-scale messaging without sacrificing the personal touch, which is incredibly valuable for our team.

It is user friendly. It allows very versatile interaction which keeps users engaged.

Loading time..which is slow rest it's overall good.

It solves problem of communication.

**What do you like best about Community?**

As a texting platform Community makes it super easy to schedule messages, identify responses from fans and group people into categories to segment my outreach. With the addition of the analytics, I can also see which text messages perform best and are more likely to get people engaged to respond or take action.

**What do you dislike about Community?**

Sometimes the scheduling tool will mix up the order of texts that are scheduled at the same time to go out. For instance, I may queue up a text with a video link that is supposed to go after an intro text telling people to watch the video but it ends up sending the link first.

**What problems is Community solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Community is allowing me to talk directly to my teen/young adult audience who doesn't use email for anything other than schoolwork. Having direct access to people and knowing that a text message is a stand-alone notification that doesn't get mixed in with all the other emails they may be getting is a great way to get your message out without worry of clutter.
