
What I love most about Community is how it enables real, direct, and personal communication at scale. It feels like texting your audience one-on-one, but with powerful tools behind it—segmentation, automation, and analytics—that make it scalable and strategic. While the core functionality is excellent, I’d like to see more integrations with third-party tools like CRMs or marketing automation platforms. Also, the analytics dashboards are solid but could benefit from more customization options to better align with different campaign goals.
