I highly appreciate CoAdvantage for its customer service, particularly from the assigned account representatives who provide a top-notch, truly personalized experience. They handle ad-hoc requests with ease, ensuring advanced communication of any updated changes. The platform upgrade to Quantum has significantly increased usability, allowing for enhanced productivity through user-friendly navigation, ease of report creation, and efficient data searches. The flexibility offered by CoAdvantage to allow us to seek our own health, dental, vision plans, and 401K solution provider while still providing access to voluntary benefits is immensely valuable. Moreover, our benefits strategy has been positively impacted, enabling us to offer tailored expatriate packages alongside local voluntary benefits, which were much needed. The additional support in managing payrolls—such as processing one-time incentives, salary increases, and taxation impact previews—has been seamless and without issues. I find the speed of response from support functions such as tax and 401(k) to be slower than optimal. There have been instances where responses are delayed by more than 72 hours, negatively impacting decision-making processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
