What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I absolutely love CoAdvantage because it is by far the best PEO provider we have ever used. The transition to CoAdvantage was incredibly smooth, and the improvement in service quality was immediately noticeable. Their centralized platform efficiently streamlines payroll and HR tasks, providing a comprehensive solution for administering payroll, and tracking PTO and time and labor management. These functionalities ensure that we remain compliant without having to worry about it, thus significantly reducing our stress over compliance issues. The comprehensive benefits offering is another aspect I find valuable, making their service package robust and complete. The transition to CoAdvantage has been a decision we are extremely happy with and would highly recommend to any company looking for a superior PEO experience. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

I am extremely dissatisfied with CoAdvantage’s service. Initially, the service was personal and engaging, but it has become cold and impersonal. Despite being with them for years, I find them uninterested in client relationships, which is disappointing as a paying customer. I was misled about benefits enrollment; despite having the required number of employees, I faced continuous unacceptable excuses, such as being labeled as too rural, resulting in significant overcharging issues totaling around $75,000. This consistent overbilling is frustrating and unacceptable. CoAdvantage has failed to add any value to my organization, offering no additional assistance or useful solutions. Their focus seems to be on extracting money rather than supporting clients, which has influenced my decision to strongly recommend against their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
