Z Zara Environmental . 12/10/2025 More Options - "Exceptional Support and Streamlined Payroll" 5/5 What do you like best about CoAdvantage? I appreciate CoAdvantage for helping us streamline our payroll and making it easier to add and terminate employees, as well as update employee information. They've taken the stress off tax reporting for state, local, federal, and unemployment taxes. I value their assistance with every aspect of our payroll processing, workers' compensation issues, and retirement and benefits administration. The people are definitely one of their main values; they're extremely attentive and always there if we need something. My payroll administrator, Ashley Monariti, our account executive, Kelly Hall-Smith, and benefits admin Siomara, have all gone above and beyond, especially when there have been issues needing immediate attention. Their customer service is excellent, with great attention to detail and accuracy. We've been very happy with the reporting and hands-on customer service they've provided. However, every year they work diligently with us to try and bring those rates down based on servies we are using or not using. I am frustrated by CoAdvantage's lack of communication, which leads to long response times and delays in crucial processes like employee termination. Additionally, there are failures in providing promised onboarding services, resulting in duplicate efforts. The lack of effective HR, payroll services, and employee onboarding support are significant drawbacks. I am dissatisfied with the overall service and would make improvement changes across every aspect.
