Delaying our decision to go with CloudNuro meant we ended up doing a significant amount of manual work, which took a lot of time and left us feeling exhausted. If we could do it over, this is definitely the one thing we would change.

It enables us to spot duplicate applications, which results in cost savings by removing unnecessary expenses, and it also helps us proactively manage security risks related to shadow IT. The automated, ongoing discovery works quietly in the background, saving us from manual audits and helping us maintain a safer, more efficient, and compliant IT environment. All in all, it has become an essential tool for managing cloud and application governance.

Approving a newly discovered app can sometimes feel a bit cumbersome. I would like to see a more efficient workflow that lets us quickly evaluate and bring in useful tools. That said, I was pleased to see that CloudNuro took this feedback into account in their latest update, where they introduced a simplified SaaS onboarding process that now only takes a few clicks.

Even though the usual dashboard data is at times aggregated, the team is always willing to give a raw report if you ask for it. This allows me to delve into the finer details for the specific, one-off reporting that I require. So, it is hardly a dislike!

Honestly ,there's nothing to dislike. Any Minor query we've had was so trivial that it was resolved almost immediately.

I love that the platform is always getting better .They're constantly rolling out useful updates and new features. 
Getting connected with our ServiceNow instance was suprisingly simple and the optimization insights were helpful.

Honestly speaking there is nothing to dislike . Any minor query  we've had was addressed almost immediately. It really shows team's great attention to detail

I like how CloudNuro helps me monitor usage trends over time, not just snapshots, and the M365 integration worked out of the box.

More integrations for niche SaaS tools would help.
