What do you dislike about CloudComp?

Transitioning from an in-house tool to a new commission management system like CloudComp may entail a brief adjustment period for your team. While this change could be a potential downside, especially during the initial stages, Jotham's patient guidance and comprehensive training alleviate any concerns. With his support, your team swiftly acclimates to CloudComp, harnessing its full potential to drive results. Despite this initial learning curve, it's challenging to pinpoint significant dislikes, given Jotham's invaluable assistance in facilitating a seamless transition to CloudComp. What do you like best about CloudComp?

I found the solution to be quite flexible and easy to tailor/customize since it is based on Salesforce platform.

It was easy to define commision rules, multiple tiers of commissions and incentives, varous thresholds and tailor them to specific business requirements. The calculations are triggered by any data value in any object field within Salesforce.

The use of Salesforce as a platform allows CloudComp to utilize the same UI as other Salesforce applications and this provides seamless integration, security protocols, workflows and approval processes.

I felt the reporting was robust and provided insights into sales performace from the individual up to a department and for a whole line of business. Comprehensive reporting and dashboards were possible.

I was quite pleased with the support team that completed the implementation and training. It was a smooth implementation and even provided clarification on our internal processes as a result of the deeper dive into the mechanics of the software.

Overall, I felt this was a cost effective, integrated solution for a subject that can often be complicated and difficult to automate consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudComp?

The best feature is the adaptable payment schedules and payment lines. We have multi-currencies and utilize four different schedules,paying out in four currencies. The payment lines act as a receipt for the qualifying records you are compensating for a clear view. Once the basic structure is setup it is very easy to adjust and adapt for the next fiscal year.
