I found the solution to be quite flexible and easy to tailor/customize since it is based on Salesforce platform. It was easy to define commision rules, multiple tiers of commissions and incentives, varous thresholds and tailor them to specific business requirements. The calculations are triggered by any data value in any object field within Salesforce. The use of Salesforce as a platform allows CloudComp to utilize the same UI as other Salesforce applications and this provides seamless integration, security protocols, workflows and approval processes. I felt the reporting was robust and provided insights into sales performace from the individual up to a department and for a whole line of business. Comprehensive reporting and dashboards were possible. I was quite pleased with the support team that completed the implementation and training. It was a smooth implementation and even provided clarification on our internal processes as a result of the deeper dive into the mechanics of the software. Overall, I felt this was a cost effective, integrated solution for a subject that can often be complicated and difficult to automate consistently.

The payment lines act as a receipt for the qualifying records you are compensating for a clear view. Once the basic structure is setup it is very easy to adjust and adapt for the next fiscal year.
