My favorite part about Cloud 9 so far has to be the staff behind it. The software itself may have its quirks, but every time I run into a problem, the support team is always helpful. I have no experience with a different practice management software, but I have heard from other team members that this is an improvement compared to the last one we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cloud 9? I feel that the reports are very lacking. They seem to pull unrelated information at times. For example, the software considers an appointment marked as "no show" as the patient's last appointment. I also have run into an issue with a baked-in report stating that there were x amount of patients in a certain status while the data miner said that there was a different amount. What problems is Cloud 9 solving and how is that benefiting you? Cloud 9 has many tools to help ensure that patients always have an appointment.
