**What do you like best about Clockwise.MD?**

It's decent for making same day reservations and estimating wait times. Patients can call the clinic and staff can add appointments. There's also online integration for patients to make their own reservations. If patients leave a phone number, they can get text updates and reminders.

**What do you dislike about Clockwise.MD?**

There aren't appointment notes. Appointments made too far in the future are sometimes deleted by the system. It can be glitchy in general and go down far too often. This causes huge issues as it integrates with the EMR and billing system.

**Recommendations to others considering Clockwise.MD:**

This is a simple and easy to use tool that makes it easy to patients and medical staff to check in and manage urgent care patients. It's a bit glitchy when scheduling patients further in advance but still worthwhile.

**What problems is Clockwise.MD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps manage delays and update patients about wait times but could still use additional features.
