
Ability to scan emails for 'signatures' to add to contacts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) Inability to do native synch back to phonebook
2) Emphasis on phone apps vs. web version
3) Help files seem dated. Instructions to use tools like 'synch' or 'manage CRM accounts" that don't exist in my menus.
4) Lack of simple export to CSV or equiv.
5) Support is outsourced, via tickets, no real-time support avail.
In short: hours wasted! Uninstalling after several months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
