"Choco Streamlined Our Ordering with a Simple, Efficient System"
What do you like best about Choco?

The implementation and integration of Choco was so simple, when going into this I had many worries but you are given total control from the get go.

Choco has made our ordering systems far more efficient and has reduced the amount of time spent on order input. As a business who rely on taking orders 24/7 it is great to be able to know that Choco has everything loaded and ready for accepting (if it has not already been auto-piloted) to avoid any delays in production, allowing our factory to just keep on working and to be as efficient as possible.

Furthermore, it has reduced our need for unnecessary phone interactions when someone simply wants to place an order, as they can speak directly to the voicemail which then goes directly into the software. This has also been an helpful feature for our customers as they no longer have to wait on the phone as we manually process their order.

Over time, it has also allowed other staff members to place orders without having to search a customers history to see what spec of product it is that they are after, as the AI continues to learn and take away the guessing work for those who do not usually process orders.

It is a very simple system to use and the Choco team are always taking on feedback listening to questions which they can put towards improving their systems. They are also helping us with the integration of an App which will work alongside our current systems and help with our marketing and in the long run hopefully help us to appeal to a wider clientele. What do you dislike about Choco?

It would be useful to be able to undo a a decision after accepting an order, much like you can do on the Auto-pilot screen, for teaching the AI when someone has made a mistake when accepting an order in the hopes that it would not affect a future order by this error. What do you like best about Choco?

I really appreciate how easy to use and user-friendly Choco is for employees with different IT skills. The Choco team has been fantastic, knowing their product well and being eager to help us maximize its potential. Their friendliness and enthusiasm stand out, and they provide consistent training. I find the AI feature brilliant, as it efficiently handles email orders, both formatted and written, and picks up voicemails from our customers. What do you dislike about Choco?

We do think the order cut off feature needs to be more focused. Currently, the cut off is based on when the order is processed (approved) on site; however, we feel this would be better for the customer if the cut off was based on the time the order was sent. What do you like best about Choco?

I think the user interface on the Choco platform is really user-friendly. The team at Choco has been super helpful in getting us set up and making sure we're making the most of Choco as a platform. Having an easy-to-use interface is important since it's reassuring that it's not more complicated than our current system. Their onboarding process is really helpful, as the Choco team's support has been great for the early transition to a new way of doing things. What do you dislike about Choco?

We're struggling to get pricing on the app, which is kind of annoying. Also, Choco doesn't integrate with WhatsApp, so it can't read into WhatsApp like it does with emails. I appreciate how Choco saves time on processing orders, which allows my team to focus on different tasks. It stops missing orders, making the customers happy and satisfied. The accuracy of product ordering is great, saving us from returning items and fixing problems for customers. I like how it processes orders fast, and it's reliable. I also find the insights about sales, basket, and customers very valuable. What do you like best about Choco?

What do you dislike about Choco?

It is missing some critical aspects, and some odd assumptions were made. Customers initially were able to set their own pricing. The feature where it counts products, counts the line items not the cases, so we can't use that for case MOQ. There are just a few misalignments like that, that can be painful to wait on sometimes. I built the integration application internally, so that Choco would integrate properly with our ERP system, so that has been a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Choco?

I like Choco's AI functionality that efficiently listens to voicemail orders and transcribes them into invoices, which I can review, adjust if necessary, and accept. The AI learning from adjustments is impressive, allowing anyone to do the job as it eliminates the need for 'institutional knowledge' that only a few previously had. Additionally, setting up the AI functionality was incredibly easy, which was a significant improvement over the initial non-AI setup, which was more time-intensive. What do you dislike about Choco?

It would be great if they had customized reporting. Right now, reports are built for all and cannot or cannot easily be customized. I love how easy it is for our customers to find products using Choco. It increases sales and eliminates a lot of human error and time on our part.
