I appreciate how Choco saves time on processing orders, which allows my team to focus on different tasks. It stops missing orders, making the customers happy and satisfied. I think the user interface on the Choco platform is really user-friendly. The team at Choco has been super helpful in getting us set up and making sure we're making the most of Choco as a platform. Having an easy-to-use interface is important since it's reassuring that it's not more complicated than our current system. Their onboarding process is really helpful, as the Choco team's support has been great for the early transition to a new way of doing things. We're struggling to get pricing on the app, which is kind of annoying. Also, Choco doesn't integrate with WhatsApp, so it can't read into WhatsApp like it does with emails.
