
Our onboarding experience was terrific. Romina and Katherine both did an excellent job getting our team onboarded.
I do think that our business case was very complex though, and it probably would have benefited from a team physically coming to our facility to sit down with our team for a few days and bang out the process instead of single meetings over a long period of time. There is definitely an element of customization overload. I think this makes a great deal of sense when you are dealing with very technical administrators, but our team was not particularly technical, so this was a challenging part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
