I loved it for simple non time sensitive questions that freed up time for live representatives to only receive calls about time sensitive matters.

We ultimately went with a few live agents to answer simple inquiries as many clients caught on to the fact they were speaking with a “chat bot”
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’d tour business is time sensitive and you could incur a monetary loss by not answering questions fast enough then it’s not for you but if you busimess is a basic structure with no time sensitivity it would be perfect for you.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
the only benifit was a reduction of simple questions flowing into our call center. (Not a complete disappearance of those inquiries)
