What do you like best about Centaman?

The ability to track a variety of reservations and book multiple people into tours. Can be used by multiple departments for different tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Centaman?

Customer service is not always helpful to fix problems. Mostly since some problems can not be recreated or have no actual reason for happening. Does not connect easily to a calendar function. Also cannot customize field titles to specifically fit the organizations needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
