Ease and all the insight and instruction. The entire team is amazing. Nicholas, Abigail, Chloe, & Saif, as well as Perry have been instrumental in the creation of our fund and have shifted many points of focus and even created enhancements to assist with investor as well as accounting efficiencies that we did not believe were possible. What is undoubtedly undisputed, is the fact that in less than 5 months of launching our fund, we are now 100% hands off utilizing the Fund Admin services. All kinks have been worked, from both an accounting and functional aspect, as we move towards month 6, we are rinse and repeat. Receive financials from CPA firm, get that over to our Fund Admin, all financials are input/overlaid with expenses, all calculations addressed and we receive a Loom video with all explanations on what was actioned. From there we review, and then with minimal clicks/touchpoints, we publish and share all financials to investors and generate statements, then push to accounts. It is that simple. Perry and his team are amazing. Nicholas is an absolute blessing to work with from our perspective. Abigail and Chloe have handled all scheduling and ancillary items as well as the true portal fixes that we have needed working with Nicholas. Saif has been instrumental in assisting with potentially moving over and utilizing banking integration that is in the works. Another point is the access to the team. There are multiple avenues and you always have the link to their calendars. Lastly, Perry. Very few operations of this size do you get to have access to the final decision maker. I find Cash Flow Portal to offer the best user experience I've seen both for general partners and limited partners. Perry showed innovation by solving the challenge of sending ACH distributions to self-directed IRAs, which shows a forward-thinking mentality. The portal is extremely easy to use for tasks like handling K-1s, sending distributions, and linking bank accounts. I also appreciate that they're incorporating other areas like banking, underwriting, and potentially asset management. Their CRM platform is top-notch, and I haven't been disappointed with any of their products. The customer support is outstanding; they respond incredibly quickly, even on weekends and holidays, which I deeply appreciate. Cash Flow Partal is intuitive for operators but more importantly for Investors. I can truly say that we would not have been able to reach any of our capital raising goals with out the platform in the short timelines that we needed to get them done.

The support is top -notch, if we ever have questions about one of situations, you have a team looking in to this for you and able to personalize results often times.

The product is young and the offering is not as broad as some competitors, especially in fund administration. It lacks a robust property and fund accounting capability, requiring integration with other tools like Yardi which I would prefer to eliminate. I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience using Cashflow Portal. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has made managing investor relations much more efficient. Perry, Abigail and the team at CFP are phenomenal. The transfer from a different portal was almost seamless. When there was a hitch they had the issue resolved within a day. I was on the bleeding edge of adding a flex/customizable fund on the CFP platform. The team found a solution to every issue that we had implementing this unique type of fund.
