There are two things that make it stand out for a mid market commercial real estate syndicator or fund: 1. They have the strongest tech roadmap in the industry if you care about AI and integrations. 2. Their founder, Perry, and their entire engineering team pays close attention to their customers and work hard to help them succeed. Additionally, the initial setup was surprisingly easy thanks to their supportive team, who facilitated the import of historical documents and data from other systems and assisted us with bulk uploads. Instead of managing multiple tools for investor communications, deal tracking, and fundraising, they're working toward putting everything in one place. Even now, it's already making our operations much smoother. The customer support is honestly incredible. They're available on WhatsApp with real people who actually know what they're talking about. When I have a question or run into an issue, I get a thoughtful response within minutes from someone who understands both the platform and real estate syndications.
