We switched to Cash Flow portal about 2 years ago and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Any time I have an issue (usually user error), they respond quickly and go above and beyond with loom videos, etc. Any time we have needed a new feature, their team was more than willing to oblige. Our team has been using Cash Flow Portal for over a year. After conducting extensive research, we landed on this portal both for its ease of use from our end, but also the ease of use for our investors. The CFP team is constantly rolling out new upgrades & features that help make our job a lot easier. My absolute favorite thing about CFP is the support from the team. They go above and beyond to get things done, answer questions, and help us set up the system so it's accurate & efficient. We had a closing between Christmas and New Years and Perry personally hopped on a call with me to answer questions. We have a dedicated WhatsApp channel to get questions answered fast and when it comes down to it, customer support is the thing that sets CFP apart from any other platform. Cash Flow Portal checks all the boxes that others have lacked. 1. ZAPIER INTEGRATION - So many portals don't have this, we use it to automate stage changes in our CRM deal pipeline and notify our team via slack when statuses change 2. Support is top-notch. I cannot tell you the number of times on other portals that I have asked for a new feature and never get it after several years. Perry and his team are always happy to hop on Zoom with me to discuss features or changes I'd like, and then THEY ACTUALLY IMPLEMENT THEM! Usually in only a few days, though sometimes it takes 1-2 weeks for the bigger stuff. I'm not talking just small tweaks either. 3. Ability to embed the registration form on our website 3. Ease of partnering with other capital raisers is amazing, just link a deal from one portal to the other and start raising. I'm a pretty tech-savvy marketer and I've worked with syndicators and capital raisers using pretty much all of the other major portals, now that I've used Cash Flow Portal, I wonder why those other ones still exist. User friendly, smooth process, wide range of functionality, great UI experience for new investors, very easy to set up for operators, great product experience. Customer Service is top notch. Whether you are a new user or experienced - they do a good job of handholding at various levels. I have used 3 other competing products and nobody comes close to cashflow portal. Functionality wise, in the CRM function, if I can copy paste, text boxes from one email to another without needing to duplicate the whole email would be great.
