Cash Flow Portal has been an excellent platform for managing our syndication process. It’s incredibly easy to use, the design and layout are pleasing to the eye, and any time we run into an issue, their support team is readily available and very helpful. It should also be noted that they are constantly improving the platform, rolling out updates, and actually listening to user feedback. It’s clear they care about their customers and are committed to making the software even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an efficient and user-friendly syndication tool! There have been some glitches and things we were not able to do, so we had to come up with work-arounds, however the support team worked with us to find a solution to make things easier. Sometimes we need to send emails to only certain people within a Project List, which would go out as Marketing emails. However, there is a limit on how many marketing emails we send out, so we have to send them as Transactional. The problem is that we can't pick and choose the people within those lists to send the email to as Transactional. We have to create an entirely new list of people we don't want to send the email to so that when we tell it to sent to entire Project X List, but exclude List Y, the email goes to the people we actually want it to go to. Kind of a backwards solution to our problem. However, we have met with the CFP team and they have come up with a solution to this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The ease of implementation across our multiple investments as well as their ease of use for our investors is a 10 out of 10! I never have to worry about having a question because in addition to their customer support being top notch, their explanations are always very thorough and they are always available. Company representatives like Abigail, Michelle and Chloe are great and Perry himself has event gotten on a call with me to better understand my perspective and my experience. We had a rather complicated deal from the backend perspective when transferring over our 350 investors from one portal to this one. Their support team was SO responsive, always willing to hop on calls and actually made very easy and quick walkthrough videos for me whenever I had a question on something on the backend. They are very helpful with every single one of our investors who need assistance and that is most important as it is all about the ease of the platform for our LPs. I love that there is a solid underwriting platform, CRM tool and investor portal. Everything is very simple to learn and use. Makes it nice to keep everything in one place and flexibility to share and add members to deals. Customer service is on point also, always super responsive. Perry, the owner is amazing and has personally asked for feedback and implemented ideas I have recommended. Pricing is good also compared to other portals either the same features.
