Cash Flow Partal is intuitive for operators but more importantly for Investors. I can truly say that we would not have been able to reach any of our capital raising goals with out the platform in the short timelines that we needed to get them done. The support is top -notch, if we ever have questions about one of situations, you have a team looking in to this for you and able to personalize results often times. This is easy enough to set up if you have existing systems you are switching from and obviously a blank canvas if you have never used a platform like this before. I am truly impressed with Cash Flow Portal's exceptional responsiveness to our needs. Their team is incredibly receptive to feedback, and both the account manager and CEO are always available and eager to listen. I find great value in their willingness to customize their solution to fit our specific requirements, incorporating our suggestions into the product's functionality and future roadmap. This means that we not only have a proven, robust software solution but also one that is tailored to our wants and needs. I also appreciate their direction towards becoming a one-stop shop for small real estate operators and funds, covering areas like fundraising, investor subscriptions, portals, fund administration, and property management. I am highly satisfied with the significant discount they offer compared to their larger, more established competitors, which makes the product even more valuable to us. It lacks a robust property and fund accounting capability, requiring integration with other tools like Yardi which I would prefer to eliminate. I’ve been extremely satisfied with my experience using Cashflow Portal. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has made managing investor relations much more efficient. It streamlines the entire process, from onboarding investors to tracking distributions, and saves a tremendous amount of time compared to manual processes. The support team is also outstanding. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping their clients succeed. Overall, Cashflow Portal has exceeded my expectations. It’s a must-have tool for anyone looking to manage syndications or investor communications in a professional, streamlined way. I give it five stars without hesitation. Without it, I would have to rely on spreadsheets, emails, and multiple tools to track investments, distributions, and communication. Now everything is in one centralized, easy-to-use platform. The biggest benefits have been efficiency and professionalism. Investor onboarding is seamless, reporting is clear, and distributions are straightforward. It saves me significant time, reduces the risk of errors, and gives my investors a much better experience. The transfer from a different portal was almost seamless. When there was a hitch they had the issue resolved within a day. I was on the bleeding edge of adding a flex/customizable fund on the CFP platform. The team found a solution to every issue that we had implementing this unique type of fund.
