They sold a lifetime license for software that they decided to discontinue without offering a refund. We had taken a license with a higher tier, the maximum they offered, which provided five hundred thousand credits per month, which was huge for our team, and now we have access to nothing, the account has been closed. I find this approach very dirty and really unprofessional, know that this is how you can be treated when working with them. Moreover, the software is complicated to configure and not easy to manage at first. The learning curve is long, all this wasted time is a disaster. **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** Captain Data allowed for an increase in the volume of data processed in the company in an automated and qualitative manner. Well, when they keep their commitments, which is more than uncertain given what they have just done. ### 2.
