I found Captain Data the perfect automation tool to automate lead generation from a CSV list of leads and LinkedIn. I use Captain Data to automatically send leads a connection request on LinkedIn and follow-up messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm still trying to learn different integrations and workflows. My concern right now is that I cannot refresh on my end (when the cookie has expired) when the workflow is connected to a different LinkedIn profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there is low code and there is no code and Captain Data is legit no code, unless of course you want to build tools on top of its API. But if you can follow a few instructions then you can use the flows, build your own flows, etc.

I have only had 2 issues so far and both took 10-20 minutes to figure out what I had done wrong, and it was all user error. They have fantastic cookie management but if you don't follow the instructions on that part you won't get what you want. But the docs are clear and once I took the time it was fixed and up and running well. Everything else has worked and was just intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much tbh. If you want to extract, implement, add, etc to LinkedIn, basically anything in LinkedIn, then Captain Data just dominates. I don't see how it is lacking at all. And increasingly it does more and more on Twitter, FB, IG, etc. It already has tons of social media automation, but they are adding them fast enough that the few they don"t have yet, are not really cons in my eyes. If I have to say there is a con I would like more videos. But even then the documentation is great, and they are building out the Captain Data academy so they are clearly working on it. the ability to use different 3rd party services to complement each other, for instance, their "email cascade" use several email enrichment tools : I could never obtain so many emails from prospects without it.

Also, they do stuff better than my previous supplier (phantom buster) : i can enrich Linkedin Sales Navigator profiles 10x more quickly, without the long transformation from Sales Navigator profiles to regular Linkedin profiles, which my previous supplier required.

Overall the UX is good, but the warnings / errors could be clearer. I often find myself trying to understand why there is a warning when in fact, because it is written "Action required" -> often there s nothing to do and this message should be changed in my opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
