I use Captain Data to automatically send leads a connection request on LinkedIn and follow-up messages. **What do you dislike about Captain Data?** I'm still trying to learn different integrations and workflows. My concern right now is that I cannot refresh on my end (when the cookie has expired) when the workflow is connected to a different LinkedIn profile. **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** Help us create automated processes like lead generation and CRM enrichment with no coding skills required. Unlike other data automation platforms, Captain Data is dead simple and affordable. ### 4. But if you can follow a few instructions then you can use the flows, build your own flows, etc. I have only had 2 issues so far and both took 10-20 minutes to figure out what I had done wrong, and it was all user error. They have fantastic cookie management but if you don't follow the instructions on that part you won't get what you want. But the docs are clear and once I took the time it was fixed and up and running well. Everything else has worked and was just intuitive. **What do you dislike about Captain Data?** Not much tbh. If you want to extract, implement, add, etc to LinkedIn, basically anything in LinkedIn, then Captain Data just dominates. I don't see how it is lacking at all. And increasingly it does more and more on Twitter, FB, IG, etc. It already has tons of social media automation, but they are adding them fast enough that the few they don"t have yet, are not really cons in my eyes. If I have to say there is a con I would like more videos. But even then the documentation is great, and they are building out the Captain Data academy so they are clearly working on it. **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main thing I wanted Captain Data for was lead generation and enrichment. It passes that with flying colors. The secondary thing was social media tactics and again it does almost all of the ones I want and does it very well. And they are adding more. The last thing I use it for are some scrapes, and again it does thems well. But for Lead Gen, especially LinkedIn related, email finding related, and similar things, you will only be happy with Captain Data. ### 5. Also, they do stuff better than my previous supplier (phantom buster) : i can enrich Linkedin Sales Navigator profiles 10x more quickly, without the long transformation from Sales Navigator profiles to regular Linkedin profiles, which my previous supplier required. Also, support is fast and helpful. **What do you dislike about Captain Data?** Overall the UX is good, but the warnings / errors could be clearer. I often find myself trying to understand why there is a warning when in fact, because it is written "Action required" -> often there s nothing to do and this message should be changed in my opinion **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** My main problem is to suck, scrape and enrich data for my prospecting purposes, mainly on Linkedin and Sales Navigator. With other tools, it works well but you're limited to one Linkedin user which slows down things (A LOT). With Captain Data, I love the User Management that allows faster results. ### 8. Setups are easy. The possibility to push the personnalisation to the limit is absolute. So I'm not sure what I can add. Good job, guys! **Recommendations to others considering Captain Data:** Don't hesitate to ask for custom workflows if you have the feeling something is missing. The team has always been accommodating in creating them. **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** I reduced by 85% the time I spend on running and maintaining data workflows. Most of them will become fully automated soon to hit, hopefully, 100%. ### 10.
