They sold a lifetime license for software that they decided to discontinue without offering a refund. We had taken a license with a higher tier, the maximum they offered, which provided five hundred thousand credits per month, which was huge for our team, and now we have access to nothing, the account has been closed. I find this approach very dirty and really unprofessional, know that this is how you can be treated when working with them. Moreover, the software is complicated to configure and not easy to manage at first. They've helped our team automate some of the most manual tasks with easy-to-create workflows. What's best is on the rare occasion you hit a snag. For example, we wanted to verify which data from LinkedIn profiles were pulled and which wasn't (on rare occasions, we can't pull data), and we didn't have a unique ID to have our software verify this. We submitted a feature request and they did it in less than a week, saving us weeks of time! **What do you dislike about Captain Data?** So far nothing! They have great documentation which makes it easy for a user to get running from 0 to 60 in no time. And if you don't like reading they also have a great onboarding processes where they'll walk you through everything and answer all of your question via videoconference. **What problems is Captain Data solving and how is that benefiting you?** Captain Data allows us to enrich lead data quickly, and automatically saving us hours and hours of manual work and research.
