My company hosts multiple industry events per year, and this is our first year with Captag for our event app. I have found the team at Captag to be incredibly communicative , knowledgeable, and supportive in relation to any requests I have had as I have managed our event apps before, during, and after each event. The back office is very user friendly, and I have really appreciated the layers of customization that is possible within the app. It has allowed me to streamline the look, content, and function of our app to pair exceptionally well with our existing event website. The check-in/assignment process with the physical badges has been easy to implement. The badges are light, look great, and are easy to use. There have been no notable dislikes. With every change from one platform to another, there are always instances that occur where we aren't able to duplicate something we may have had before exactly, but that sort of thing is always expected. What we haven't been able to duplicate, Captag has been very active in finding a working solution for us to get as close as possible for anything we've needed.
