The back office is very user friendly, and I have really appreciated the layers of customization that is possible within the app. It has allowed me to streamline the look, content, and function of our app to pair exceptionally well with our existing event website. The check-in/assignment process with the physical badges has been easy to implement. The badges are light, look great, and are easy to use. I would highly recommend Captag to anyone who needs the services they offer. **What do you dislike about Captag?** There have been no notable dislikes. With every change from one platform to another, there are always instances that occur where we aren't able to duplicate something we may have had before exactly, but that sort of thing is always expected.
