What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has been a game changer and lifesaver for us. It has helped to identify several issues with our intake (forms and calls). Being able to transcribe calls and search is a great feature. It helps us with marketing attribution for our direct mail campaigns and with training salespeople on what to say and not say. It was super fast and easy to set up, creating new numbers is easy. I like that it alerts you to when numbers are cycling too quickly. I had no idea CallRail would prove to be such a valuable tool for us, and I use it almost daily. What do you dislike about CallRail?

We tried the Convert Assist, and I think it's a great tool. However, it has to be viewed on an individual basis, and we don't give everyone access to CallRail. Doing some sort of bulk search could also be helpful. I think we need to integrate it with Salesforce as a next step in order to really take advantage of some of the functionality.
