  ### 1. Good AI Voice Software, but there are better ones available on the market.

**What do you like best about CallJourney?**

Once trained, the AI does a decent job voicing the projects you have assigned it. It has a free mode, which is a benefit for users who can't afford the more pricy Ai voice softwares on the market. The customer service is nice, and they certainly try to be helpful. That unfortunately, is all the positives I can come up with for this software.

**What do you dislike about CallJourney?**

For starters, its not easy to use. You actually have to "teach" the Ai proper voice inflections and snetances in order for it to sound organic. Its not at all easy to intergrate, in particular if you don't use Windows (I use a Mac) as the software always loads automatically in windows (or tries to) which creates headaches. The bitrate is also incredibly slow, to the point where, when combined with the 15 second watermark, makes the free version of the software pretty much useless. There are just too many superior softwares out there to choose this particular one.

**What problems is CallJourney solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ideally it was supposed to solve audio issues, and allow me to customize an AI to read my scripts and sound organic. Unfortunately, it failed in almost every challenge I gavce it, which ultimately led to my switching to BeyondWords.

It has good configurable drag and drop capabilities with multi dimensional reporting

Integration with third party systems is not readily available

Helps to automate end to end journeys for any kind of business and provides great conversation intelligence

It has amazing configurable interface for all events and actions to be handled in an effective manner

**What do you dislike about CallJourney?**

Customizations beyond a point becomes difficult and there are no audit logs to trace user and system activities which makes it less secure

**What problems is CallJourney solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Configurable dynamic workflows helps to simplify the overall conversation intelligence

**What do you like best about CallJourney?**

There is many qualities in this software but speech analyzing and monitoring the conversation of my client or internal process is I like most, it made my work very easy.

**What do you dislike about CallJourney?**

Nothing so far everything is great about Call Journey.

**What problems is CallJourney solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call journey helped me a lot but AI system I want to talk about it, which makes your effort zero, gives you maximum analysis on the conversation while talking with client or you are monitoring a call.
