What do you like best about Calero?

I appreciate Calero for making the payment process streamlined, which I find very efficient and convenient. By setting up a payment process that forwards a credit line to Calero, they manage the payment to our wired services, which simplifies my financial management and reduces the administrative burden on my team. I also value the support aspect where there's a dedicated team available for advice, ensuring that I can make informed decisions and solve issues efficiently. Additionally, I find Calero's setup to be easy and straightforward, which eliminated potential frustrations during implementation. The user-friendliness of the initial setup contributed greatly to a seamless transition from Network Control to Calero. What do you dislike about Calero?

I find the website reporting could be improved. When Calero acquired Network Control, it took a while to get the data moved to the Calero website. This transition was not as smooth as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calero?

I like the flexibility that I have to do things i was not able to do myself in tangoe, things that before required a tangoe administrator instead of a company administrator.

What do you like best about Calero?

Calero can provide me with all the telecom, mobility, and software license bills in one system. Now I do not have to log into several portals. Calero helps to reduce the number of hours needed for reconciling invoices each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Calero?

My Company implemented the Calero MDSL solution to add clarity and simplicity to tracking and paying our telecom invoices. The solution has worked great for us and has given us many tools to analyze our telecom services and identify ways to consolidate or even cancel services. Team Mosman is always responsive to our questions or concerns and provides reasonable solutions. We are very happy with the Calero MDSL tool and the service we receive from the Calero team. When we started using the tool, we loaded data that should have been normalized and verified. If the data is not clean, you cannot take advantage of the optimization opportunities. The most helpful thing about Calero is my support team, Pepper Solis, Seth Soffian and Melissa Turner. We message or talk every day. They are very proactive to find and correct issues, follow up on disputes and process invoices as quickly as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I struggled with this one because without being petty it's hard to think of a downside. I think the process to update the inventory could be a little easier. My amazing account manager, Pepper Solis, is setting up a training session for me as we speak. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
