**What do you like best about Bytepaper?**

Bytepaper has truly simplified our daily operations. The software is efficient, easy to use, and has streamlined our workflow across various tasks. Their WhatsApp platform, in particular, stands out for its user-friendly interface—it makes managing customer communication effortless and highly organized.
Our customers have noticed the difference too and are more satisfied than ever with our prompt responses and smooth service experience. The Bytepaper support team deserves special mention; they’re always quick to respond and exceptionally helpful whenever we need assistance. Overall, Bytepaper has become an indispensable part of our business operations.

**What do you dislike about Bytepaper?**

While Bytepaper has made our operations much smoother overall, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The software occasionally feels a bit slow when handling large amounts of data, and some advanced customization options are still limited. It would also help if there were more detailed analytics or reporting features built in to track performance more effectively.
Apart from these minor issues, the platform works quite well, and the team’s support makes up for most shortcomings. I’m confident that with future updates, Bytepaper will continue to improve and address these areas.

**What problems is Bytepaper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings all customer chats, orders, and queries into one shared WhatsApp inbox, so the team does not miss messages and can respond faster.
•	It converts WhatsApp into a proper workflow tool for pharmacies: receiving prescriptions, creating and tracking orders, and sending automatic updates to customers from one place.

**What do you like best about Bytepaper?**

Bytepaper enables me to easily create chatbot messages and automate the answers on the WhatsApp channel. It is rather convenient to deal with several customers simultaneously and to have all messages in one place.

**What do you dislike about Bytepaper?**

Bytepaper does not appear to have a built-in compatibility with my current market automation system. This produces the problem of data isolation since the customer interactions on WhatsApp can only be funnelled towards my marketing campaigns.

**What problems is Bytepaper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bytepaper has been decent for handling the customer inquiries types of leads through the WhatsApp platform. Simplified my communication and helped me to eliminate numerous tasks that had to be completed manually.

**What do you like best about Bytepaper?**

Bytepaper incorporates my beginning and end from WhatsApp advertising and deals to client service and request the executives. I can oversee most communications straightforwardly inside Bytepaper.

**What do you dislike about Bytepaper?**

Setting up custom triggers or computerization work processes for these mixes is burdensome. It compels me to depend vigorously on Bytepaper's inherent highlights, which aren't generally essentially as strong as my current CRM framework.

**What problems is Bytepaper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bytepaper has been a great for dealing with my business' WhatsApp correspondence. It keeps all discussions coordinated and open, and the implicit deals and backing instruments are useful for fundamental associations.
