With current organization we are using businessnext application for master maintenance, new entry into master, rule mapping to CRM entries, rule and conditions maintenance.

The simplicity of usage is biggest positive point, the best tool i like is that the rule maintenance and automation of journey flow diagram.

We have been using this application around 1 year now and have not seen any major issues.

The application is unique in with CRM application. The entire journey flow can be integrated in business next with just several clicks and data input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If i have to highlight the painpoints then slowness is the biggest problem.

It takes around 4 to 5 min post login to open entire panel.

Also 2nd biggest problem is that id doesn't support latest browser
