The simplicity of usage is biggest positive point, the best tool i like is that the rule maintenance and automation of journey flow diagram. We have been using this application around 1 year now and have not seen any major issues. The application is unique in with CRM application. The entire journey flow can be integrated in business next with just several clicks and data input. **What do you dislike about BUSINESSNEXT?** If i have to highlight the painpoints then slowness is the biggest problem. It takes around 4 to 5 min post login to open entire panel.
