"Effortless Campaign Management with Brevo"
4/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I really appreciate Brevo Marketing Platform for its ability to handle both email and SMS marketing in one place. The platform is very user-friendly, even for our team that's not experienced with email marketing. It's really quick to go from start to finish when creating and sending out email campaigns, and I love how you can schedule them in advance, which makes planning a breeze. Another standout feature for me is how easy it is to duplicate past campaigns and reuse them. It's a massive time-saver as I can make a few tweaks for different target demographics without having to start from scratch each time. Additionally, the pricing is significantly better than our previous service, and the initial setup was very simple with not much setup required. We will use an AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude to write out all of our copy, and then we will easily copy and paste it, put a design together in Brevo, and then be able to distribute just like that. What do you dislike about Brevo?

There's a lot of regulation in order to be able to send SMS. And I would like it if it was easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for regular email campaigns, but has some limitations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

What I like most about Brevo is how straightforward it is for day-to-day email campaigns. The drag-and-drop editor lets me put together emails quickly without needing much technical know-how. I also appreciate the contact management tools and the basic automation features, especially when I’m setting up recurring campaigns and simple follow-up sequences. Overall, it helps me save time compared with trying to manage everything manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

Some of the more advanced features feel a bit limited. Setting up basic email campaigns is straightforward, but when I need more complex automation or deeper segmentation, I sometimes end up relying on workarounds. I also feel the reporting could be stronger. The core metrics are available, but I’d appreciate more detailed insights for comparing campaigns and for understanding what’s actually working. "All-in-One Email + Marketing Platform with Solid Deliverability and GDPR-Friendly EU Hosting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

What I like best is having transactional email and marketing campaigns in the same platform — I don't juggle two tools or two contact lists. The free/low tiers are genuinely usable, so it scaled with me instead of forcing an upgrade early. Deliverability has been solid, the automation workflows cover my newsletters and follow-ups without custom code, and as an EU-hosted service it fits my GDPR requirements cleanly. The contact segmentation is straightforward once set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

The template editor feels rigid once you want something beyond the standard layouts — I've had to fight it a bit to get emails exactly how I wanted, and fine styling isn't always intuitive. The rebrand from Sendinblue to Brevo also meant relearning parts of the UI that had moved around. And on the lower tiers the daily sending limit can be a constraint if you send in bursts rather than spreading volume across the day. None of it is a dealbreaker, but they're the rough edges I've actually hit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst Email Marketing Platform We’ve Ever Used"
0/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

Honestly, very little. The UI is decent at first glance, but once you actually try to use the platform at scale for real business operations, the problems start piling up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

Brevo has been one of the most unreliable email platforms we’ve ever used.

Our accounts were deleted or suspended multiple times with little to no explanation. After going through the process of rebuilding everything and verifying the accounts again, they suspended us yet another time. This created massive operational headaches and wasted hours of work.

Deliverability was also terrible. Emails consistently underperformed compared to other platforms we’ve used, even with properly configured domains and warmed infrastructure.

Support was another major issue. Responses were slow, generic, and unhelpful. It often felt impossible to get a real answer or speak to someone who could actually solve the problem.

On top of that, Brevo charges extra for features that are considered basic or standard on competing platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email marketing and marketing automation software that offers great value for growing businesses."
5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I've been using Brevo regularly for email campaigns and automation. The interface is easy to navigate, email deliverability has been reliable, and the automation workflows save me a lot of time. I also like that contacts, email, SMS and forms are all managed in one place. The free plan is generous and the paid plans offer good value for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

I'd like to see more advanced reporting and more template customization options. Some automation features could be easier to configure for new users, and the pricing increases quickly as contact lists grow. Overall, it's still a platform I would recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brevo: Centralized Engagement with Room for Deeper Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I appreciate Brevo's unified customer data platform because it enables precise segmentation and automation, which directly impacts campaign performance. Brevo consolidates all customer touch points into a single profile, allowing me to automate highly personalized campaigns based on behavior or life cycle. This increases the relevance and conversion, enhancing ROI across multiple channels. Previously, I used Mailchimp for email and Twilio for SMS, and the fragmented data across these systems hindered unified personalization. Brevo's consolidated customer view drove the switch, simplifying omnichannel execution and improving ROI. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward with Brevo's onboarding guides, making importing contacts and configuring initial workflows efficient, so the time to the first campaign was fast. What do you dislike about Brevo?

Another refinement could be integration depth. While Brevo integrates with many platforms, deeper bidirectional sync of custom fields or advanced CRM workflows could accelerate complex B to B use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WooCommerce data flows into Brevo without building another integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

Brevo fits well into several of our WordPress projects because it solves more than the marketing side of email. The Brevo for WordPress plugin can also handle the routine transactional messages generated by the site, including password resets, comment notifications, and form emails. I prefer moving that responsibility away from the web server because many hosting environments are not designed to deliver email reliably, and their logs are usually not very helpful once something goes wrong. The setup is fairly practical. We choose the sender, run a test, and route messages through Brevo SMTP without rebuilding every plugin that already relies on wp_mail(). On sites running contact forms, LearnDash, memberships, or registered-user workflows, that saves us from creating a separate delivery setup for every notification source. It also gives the team a common place to review transactional activity instead of jumping between WordPress, the hosting panel, and several external services just to confirm whether a message was actually delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

Most of the serious issues we have seen were caused by the site configuration, domain authentication, or the way data moved between WooCommerce and Brevo, not by the platform constantly going down. Even so, I would not describe the integration as fully automatic. The synchronization is useful, but custom checkout fields, manually created orders, and data that needs to move back into WordPress still require attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extensive Free Features with Flexible Add-Ons"
5/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

That they offer extensive functionality on the free account, with the option to subscribe for only the additional functions needed, meaning if you need just one additional function, you do not need to increase your subscription significantly, paying for lots of unnecessary functions. I'm on the free plan and have yet to encounter a need to add paid-for functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

That updates to ensure browser compatibility focus on Chrome and Opera, but do not include Safari. I observed an issue and the suggested solution was to switch to a different browser. As an Apple user, Safari is deeply embedded in the Apple eco-system I use daily and to switch browser would be a major inconvenience.

Support was quick to respond and quickly grasped the issue and suggested a solution, however, not one I could reasonably apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-assisted email copy and automation that usually hits the right timing"
4/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

I like the AI-assisted content features for drafting and refining email campaign copy. It quickly generated a usable starting point and saved me time on wording and structure. Building and personalizing emails and automated email responses work well for me, and the segmentation and personalization tools led to a significant improvement in campaign relevance. Multichannel marketing from one platform simplified things somewhat, and the workflows usually reached people at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

I still needed to edit the AI output to match my brand tone and messaging. I’m only moderately confident about how my data is handled and what controls I have over what data the AI can access, and overall I don’t fully trust the AI capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Indispensable and very practical for organizing registrations, payments, and tracking students."
4/5
What do you like best about Brevo?

It is in French and very practical for the administrative and marketing organization of my activity.

I can track my students over time, both for their registrations and their payments, and thus create relevant listings when I have a question about the group of students they belong to, the status of their payments, or their past activities in my club.

I have seen the platform grow, improve, and develop. It is essential to my organization, especially during registration periods, where I can, thanks to automations, segment them according to my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo?

There are times when I am frustrated, even inconvenienced, by changes made without any notice that completely disrupt my information flow.

Indeed, I export the attributes I need to create listings of my students in Excel, particularly to classify them according to several criteria that are specific to me, which Brevo does not allow directly. To achieve this, and to avoid having to establish the list of attributes each time according to my specific needs (we are only allowed one saved choice list), I export all relevant attributes and paste them into an Excel spreadsheet.

Then, this spreadsheet distributes the information according to my needs: student listings, but also accounting data, attendance at classes, attendance at training sessions, as well as various parallel listings.

For this to work, the order in which I extract the data must remain constant. However, this is the second time this order has been disrupted, forcing me to review all the data routing work in my Excel sheets.

What also enrages me — and which I have asked several times to be corrected, without any success — is that when I sort an attribute column in Brevo and request to display 100 lines of information, it is enough for me to open a contact's file to consult their specific data for, when I return to the complete contact table, all my work to be redone. Sort the attribute again, request 100 lines of results again. Moreover, as I am sent back to the beginning of the page, I have to search again for the attribute column I was working on.

Alas, this causes significant time losses, whereas this platform should precisely help us save time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
