**What do you like best about Breezeworks?**

It keeps everything in one place, whether its invoicing, scheduling, estimating or other job related things.

**What do you dislike about Breezeworks?**

I can't drag and drop jobs from day to day - it defaults the schedule sometimes and doesn't keep a change to another date.

**What problems is Breezeworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are scheduling, reporting, tracking time on a job, invoicing, keeping customer histroy and estimating.

**What do you like best about Breezeworks?**

I like the idea of managing invoices right from the job, with the options of calling or emailing people from the system. Plus, people can submit a service request from our website and their info goes into our system.

**What do you dislike about Breezeworks?**

I would like to put in service requests internally and be able to get to the service requests from my app on my phone. Also, the records are sometimes hard to pull. Also, adding a feature that would show tracking history would be nice. I think it should also have a feature to see the jobs for each day on a map, so you can schedule based on location.

**Recommendations to others considering Breezeworks:**

I would, but it isn't a billing company, so need to keep records separately

**What problems is Breezeworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are scheduling all our jobs and it has worked great! I love the map features, showing how far you are from the next job and who is nearby. As well as I can look at activity and see who was there and how long.

**What do you like best about Breezeworks?**

It seems to be nice for companies that want to use it from start to finish. You can start by scheduling and take it all the way from estimating,  invoicing,  and approving each in between along with linking to a schedule. 

**What do you dislike about Breezeworks?**

The Accounts receivable side could be more organized. I feel like it's hard to pull reports to show outstanding bills without clicking through everything.

**Recommendations to others considering Breezeworks:**

It is a great alternative to quickbooks.

**What problems is Breezeworks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Linking estimates and invocies seem to be a nice touch because it keeps everything connected.
