I like how their drag-and-drop flow builder is simple and easy to use, and the AI integration makes conversations feel more natural.

Some advance integration might take time to setup and its highre usage is expensive depending on the plan.

It helps me to automte customer interactions across multiple channels such as Whatsapp, messenger, instagram, also saves time by increasing the response speed and boosting engagement.

BotSailor is a multi-channel chatbot platform. We can easily connect WhatsApp business accounts and we can send broadcast messages in a few steps. The integration with other apps is also very easy with the help of API's which are readily available.

In the premium pack, they should add one more user account

**What problems is BotSailor solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BotSailor is helping me to grow my business via WhatsApp and my blog's page , it also helps to improve queries and saves a lot of time and efforts.
