What do you like best about ActivePipe?

What do you like best about ActivePipe?

As Director of Digital Resources, managing agent branding and technology is key. ActivePipe nails both! The drag-and-drop interface keeps emails on-brand, while empowering agents with ease of use. Their responsive customer service and impressive results (we have sent out over 49 million emails, with nearly double the industry standard open rate) speak volumes. I love that we are able to create content for our agents and push it down to them. And even set them up for automated emails so they don't have to do anything. Plus, it's cost-effective for our agents and firm. For user-friendly, reliable, and brand-compliant email marketing, ActivePipe is a game-changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivePipe?

What do you like best about ActivePipe?

The previous bulk email system we used as a company was very basic - limited & very manual/tedious design capabilities, jumbled reporting, and our users could not customize the emails sent on their behalf. Now, with ActivePipe, we can design emails that integrate seamlessly with other company products and services (e.g., Smart Feeds, property feeds, data insights, etc.). We can design cleaner, sleeker, and ultimately smarter emails that provide the reporting we need to make these emails impactful beyond the initial send! ActivePipe's Campaigns allow us to send more targeted and relevant emails using Tags, Audiences, and intricate campaign-building capabilities. ActivePipe also allows our users to engage with the platform to send out emails on their own to contribute to their marketing efforts. Thus far, ActivePipe has proved easy to use for our end users as well as our administrators of the system. Their Support Team is also responsive and helpful! What do you dislike about ActivePipe?

When implementing a new system, bumps in the road are expected. Our CRM is particularly difficult to integrate with, but any issues we encountered were either fixed immediately by the ActivePipe Support Team or they worked diligently to find the best long-term solution to the issue. What do you like best about ActivePipe?

The ease of dragging and droping images to be included in the email.

I also like the ability to tag contacts to be included in groups when uploading.

What do you like best about ActivePipe?

Activepipe is an amazing marketing source that has multiple products and methods of relaying the information. Mainly being able to send out through ways such as Mobile/SMS/Email all in the one platform. Customisation the messages to our own preference, and the overview of when the information has been sent out/ received/ Opened. This allows the business to determine how often different marketing relays are looked at by our clients. The system is amazing in the way it can be automated with specfic sets of newsletters when a contact is added to the campaign, they will start receiving Newsletter 1, 2,.. .etc at a scheduled stage. What do you dislike about ActivePipe?

When creating customised messages and adding in 'GIFS', has to be at certain size or this creates a lag or slow loading of the 'GIFS' to the newsletters. When creating campaigns and sending them out, it is critical to double check all the information or it'll be difficult to cancel the campaign on time before it is sent out to clients. What do you like best about ActivePipe?

I like how easy the interface is to use. The drag and drop functionality is seamless and the integrations are nice which happen to be connected to the MLS. Competitors' platforms are typically outdated and are not as intuitive to the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ActivePipe?

The learning curve was a huge stepping stone (regarding design and implementation). It requires training to make it work, I would recommend to definitely take advantage of ActivePipe's team to have the system integrated as desired and make the system become a habit for everyone on the team. I'm not too fond of the terms used. EX: tags, audiences and campaigns. I wish they would refer to them as contacts and lists or something else.
