**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

Active pipe is easy to use. It supports multiple users under one office account. We can run simultaneous campaigns in the background that assists us with new business as well as market insights and lead generation.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

Nothing. Active Pipe is amazing. We have only had a great experience so far.

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Active pipe interacts with our large database on a constant level. It assists us with creating multiple touch points to enhance our customer experience.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

I love how ActivePipe seamlessly integrates with all the applications we use at our company and how easy it makes it for real estate agents to pull in MLS market data and listing info.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

I wish there were more design capabilities. Sometimes it feels like we are limited and have to design outside of the program and then input graphics etc etc.

Agent Newsletters & other forms of email marketing. We also use it internally for our department newsletters and evites.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

As Director of Digital Resources, managing agent branding and technology is key. ActivePipe nails both! The drag-and-drop interface keeps emails on-brand, while empowering agents with ease of use. Their responsive customer service and impressive results (we have sent out over 49 million emails, with nearly double the industry standard open rate) speak volumes. I love that we are able to create content for our agents and push it down to them.  And even set them up for automated emails so they don't have to do anything. Plus, it's cost-effective for our agents and firm. For user-friendly, reliable, and brand-compliant email marketing, ActivePipe is a game-changer!

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

Luckily, when there is an issue or suggestion I am able to go directly to my Customer Success Manager and work with them to implement (reasonable) changes.

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create content and push it down to our agents.  In doing so, we are making sure that everything is branded and our agents have solid content they can easily share with their clients.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

The previous bulk email system we used as a company was very basic - limited & very manual/tedious design capabilities, jumbled reporting, and our users could not customize the emails sent on their behalf. Now, with ActivePipe, we can design emails that integrate seamlessly with other company products and services (e.g., Smart Feeds, property feeds, data insights, etc.). We can design cleaner, sleeker, and ultimately smarter emails that provide the reporting we need to make these emails impactful beyond the initial send! ActivePipe's Campaigns allow us to send more targeted and relevant emails using Tags, Audiences, and intricate campaign-building capabilities. ActivePipe also allows our users to engage with the platform to send out emails on their own to contribute to their marketing efforts. Thus far, ActivePipe has proved easy to use for our end users as well as our administrators of the system. Their Support Team is also responsive and helpful!

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

When implementing a new system, bumps in the road are expected. Our CRM is particularly difficult to integrate with, but any issues we encountered were either fixed immediately by the ActivePipe Support Team or they worked diligently to find the best long-term solution to the issue. They keep us updated every step of the way!

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is continuously growing, so ActivePipe allows our Marketing team to be more efficient and also addresses scalability concerns other platforms could not. We use ActivePipe to send out corporate-level emails, but our largest project each month is sending out a newsletter on behalf of each agent at our company. ActivePipe makes this process easy by first integrating with our CRM to ensure all users are accounted for and their contacts lists are synced over and continuously updated. Secondly,  ActivePipe allows us to design an email and schedule an accompanying campaign for each region we operate in and all the agents in that region - seamlessly! Since each agent can access the ActivePipe system, they can view the emails created on their behalf and customize them as well as see the Report for the email after it sends which is a stand-out feature and one that benefits the agent and the company as a whole. Email marketing is incredibly important for staying top of mind in our industry, so having a tool like ActivePipe is a game changer.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

The ease of dragging and droping images to be included in the email. 
I also like the ability to tag contacts to be included in groups when uploading.
Customer Support has been a huge help in setting up some of our more complex send outs.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

I would like a little more control over the text (size, color, font) rather than just the prebuilt options.

Allows an easy way to send information to our agents from one platform and lets us create content for our agents to use within their spheres.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

Activepipe is an amazing marketing source that has multiple products and methods of relaying the information. Mainly being able to send out through ways such as Mobile/SMS/Email all in the one platform. Customisation the messages to our own preference, and the overview of when the information has been sent out/ received/ Opened. This allows the business to determine how often different marketing relays are looked at by our clients. The system is amazing in the way it can be automated with specfic sets of newsletters when a contact is added to the campaign, they will start receiving Newsletter 1, 2,.. .etc at a scheduled stage.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

When creating customised messages and adding in 'GIFS', has to be at certain size or this creates a lag or slow loading of the 'GIFS' to the newsletters. When creating campaigns and sending them out, it is critical to double check all the information or it'll be difficult to cancel the campaign on time before it is sent out to clients.

**Recommendations to others considering ActivePipe:**

If you require a lot of information/data to be sent out through various ways such as mobile/email/sms, this would be perfect system to use. Advice, it does take time to get use to creating emails and then creating campaigns.

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to automate more marketing material to clients on a consisten basis and being able to view the status of audiences to determine how many times they have viewed it, or if they have not opened it at all. This benefits the business by creating information for clients that are more relevant, to increase more 'view' traffic with consistent information.

overall, I have not used it enough to dislike it. Will be a useful to understand more of its features

ActvePipe has well written monthly newsletter that are relevant and easy to read. I usually get 5% of my new business per month from ActivePipe on existing clients wanting to refinance/ purchase a new property or revisit existing leads that fizzled out naturally

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying in touch with existing clients is very important as it help them think of me when the email pops up. This brings me to their attention when they need.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

I like how easy the interface is to use. The drag and drop functionality is seamless and the integrations are nice which happen to be connected to the MLS. Competitors' platforms are typically outdated and are not as intuitive to the user.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

The learning curve was a huge stepping stone (regarding design and implementation). It requires training to make it work, I would recommend to definitely take advantage of ActivePipe's team to have the system integrated as desired and make the system become a habit for everyone on the team.

**Recommendations to others considering ActivePipe:**

Find out what your needs are, communicate them with ActivePipe's team, and allow them to show you a new way to approach email marketing for any industry.

We wanted a holistic approach — full integration with our current CRM system, email capabilities, along with its design capabilities. Integrating full databases have been a key success for agents.

The program is reliable and user friendly.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

I'm not too fond of the terms used. EX: tags, audiences and campaigns. I wish they would refer to them as contacts and lists or something else. I also wish that I could type in individual email addresses when I am sending it instead of making a new contact.

**What problems is ActivePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can switch between all the agents here and "login as them" throughout admin settings, which allows the staff to send email newsletters and eblasts out for multiple people without getting everyone's password and login and logout.

**What do you like best about ActivePipe?**

It feeds off your existing CRM database but gives you such flexibility and customisation compared to the CRM systems newsletter function.

**What do you dislike about ActivePipe?**

Users can get overwhelmed with the complexity of the system. Whilst its very user friendly for someone with some tech knowledge, for the average real estate professional that is more a people person than a tech person, they are better off leaving it for the admins in the office to customise.

We now have email marketing tailored to each client without having to run several marketing newsletters. The properties selected are picked based on that client's needs. We also have way better analytics on what is being clicked and by who
