Maybe I'm a visual person and the simplicity with different icons is what attracts me, but when it's easy to use I'm much more likely to use it. **What do you dislike about BoomTown?** Possibly the only feature that may be missing is a smart number that I can use on marketing materials that allows me to create different key words for a text. I found out it has to be my one free one that I have to add. All lead gen crm systems should do the best to make it a one stop shop for all your applications. One suggestion is to make a link category section so that the team lead and add in the most common links outside the platform so agents can just click on them. All in all it is a great platform but not having an digital sign function as all in a CRM for real estate seems to me should have been a no brainer although I will use my one free integration to fix the issue even though there was another that I would prefer but to add an additional 100 dollars for one integration when paying 1200 per month I think is a bit much. Although that is just my opinion --- The only other thing that most platforms have which should be simple is you should be able to click to call meaning that once you click on a persons number you are then called by a computer system and once you pick up it rings out.
