What do you like best about BON Loyalty?

Apart from being really user friendly what I like most about this app is that the support is absolutely fantastic. If I have any questions I always get a really fast response and all the team are so lovely and ready to help. So pleased I chose them for my store! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?

It would be nice to be able to have a loyalty page and not just the widget icon on the free plan but the widget works very well and for a free plan what you do get is very good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BON Loyalty?

Being able to offer both a loyalty and a referral programme, with extra options such as birthday offers. Also very reactive customer support, making it easy to integrate to Shopify Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BON Loyalty?

Some customisations for specific missing features will come at an extra cost, but at least there's the option to have them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
