**What do you like best about Blindspot?**

I do not like anything about this company. The experience was absolutely terrible.

**What do you dislike about Blindspot?**

1. The lack of communication.
2. The unwillingness to take accountability.
3. The disconnect between the company and the landlords they service.

**What problems is Blindspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to get a refund after I learned that my campaign had stopped abruptly. It took a few emails but I did get my money back.

**What do you like best about Blindspot?**

I've been working in the advertising industry since year 2000 and I have to say the TPS is one of those rare NEW thing that are going to revolutionize the way we do communication and the way we create advertising work. I like the flexibility and customization that TPS offers to all his customers. But the most remarkable characteristic is the entry price for each media space. Giving people the opportunity to buy digital billboards by the hour (instead of by the day or the week) is creating a completely new way of using the media, both from a creative and a marketing perspective.

**What do you dislike about Blindspot?**

The more media companies will buy into this new, innovative, technology system, the more spaces will be available to purchase, the more the old, good, often unaccessible, billboard media space will turn into the one of the most democratic media ever. If I had to wish for an improvement, I'd say: "I wish I had more screens available!". Which is not really something I dislike from TPS, it's more a wish that more media companies would buy into this new way of communicating.

**Recommendations to others considering Blindspot:**

**What problems is Blindspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Democratizing media spaces. Everybody can access those once-unaccessible spaces. Thanks to TPS, a one hour billboard in Times Square, for example, can cost as low as $18! You can't purchase almost anything in NYC with $18 now days. This is incredible. This is the future. TPS Engage is practically transforming outdoor billboard into banners. You can upload your media from the TPS platform in no time. And you can visualize where it will be aired.

**What do you like best about Blindspot?**

Working with TPS Engage is always great. Throughout the entire process they are very supportive & open. All our meetings are very productive mainly because our collaboration goes beyond just the classic client-provider relationship, it's actually a partnership. The team is always open and as well very creative trying to maximize the potential of each idea in order to deliver the best results. Also planning DOOH campaigns using TPS Engage tech solves a lot of headaches as their platform is very intuitive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Blindspot?**

There are no downsides working with TPS Engage as they have a customer-centric approach and their business model is meant to accommodate any idea, big or small.

**What problems is Blindspot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Media buying is always a "complicated" process and of course as a commercial brand we are always looking to be more present in our consumers life. Together with TPS Engage we manage to do that, but more meaningful - to be where our consumers are but when it was the most relevant and with a custom message. Also having an easy to use platform is a great advantage.
