Everything can be managed from a single tool. But, has huge list of cons rather than pros. **What do you dislike about BIK?** New in the industry, lacks industry standard features. Claims to have "AI" and to be at par with MarTech leaders but that is completely untrue. **What problems is BIK solving and how is that benefiting you?** The centralised approach is something what intrigued to go with the tool.
