Bik has significantly improved our engagement rates, leading to remarkable repeat rates.

You get all the possible events and properties to personalize the experience. their support team is proactive and always available to help. I've observed them evolving the product based on client feedback and requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BIK?
