I like how Bevatel centralizes all WhatsApp messages in one dashboard, which makes team collaboration and automation easier and more efficient. It helps us solve several challenges while managing customer communication by centralizing all messages, assigning chats to agents, automating responses, and monitoring performance. This has improved our response time and customer satisfaction. The support app from Bevatel also allows us to help and solve customer issues smoothly without delays. I appreciate that Bevatel integrates smoothly with our internal systems and supports our overall workflow. The setup was easy and well supported, allowing us to start quickly without major difficulties.

We are generally happy with Bevatel, but minor improvements in reporting flexibility, future enhancements in analytics customization, and UI optimization would simply make an already strong system even stronger.

I love the sophisticated service of Bevatel's employees and their professional assistance in setting up and establishing the service. I appreciate how they unify the communication platform through WhatsApp and phone calls, which helps me organize work better. Also, the call sound quality, business chat, and call center are features I liked and they work well.

The services need further development and the lifting of some restrictions on the service, especially since there are many companies with lower prices and fewer restrictions. Also, the mobile applications have some issues that need to be resolved, such as notifications, communication services, and login.
