## About Beambox
Connect, capture, and keep more customers with an all-in-one WiFi marketing platform

## Beambox Reviews
 ### 1. Great Wi-Fi solution for operational efficiencies and guest data collection.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael R. | Hotel Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Beambox, from the perspective of hotel operations, is working as a ‘set it and forget it’ tool for us, generating great results without adding pressure to our Front Desk. We are utilizing it at our 4 properties in Central London. One of its greatest advantages is its ‘Hardware Agnosticism’. It has easily integrated with our existing Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti equipment without further ado.
Also, the feature saving guests Wi-Fi connection logs automatically as per the UK hospitality law has significantly eased our administrative compliance burden. In parallel, the visualisation of a dashboard that updates in real time allows us to optimise our housekeeping schedule and, in turn, significantly boosts operational efficiency at the hotel.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The user-level analytics should be improved. Even though we can see overall connection numbers, we cannot follow the purchase behaviour of a particular guest onsite unless we manually check it with our PMS (Oracle Opera).

This can create some challenges in the revenue team’s ability to determine true attribution.

Also, during the first whitelisting of the network, a lot of back-end contact had to take place between our IT provider and Beambox support that drew out the onboarding time slightly. Reducing our weekly manual work would be made possible with a new feature in reporting export option which saves custom date ranges.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalable guest data capture: Previously, we only manually received emails from less than 30% of guests at check-in. Now, through the Wi-Fi connection, our data capture rate has exceeded 85%, which is being achieved with full marketing consent.

Direct revenue increase: By displaying breakfast or direct booking promotions on the splash page and subsequently sending targeted follow-up offers through Klaviyo, we are able to increase post-stay revenue.

Improving guest satisfaction scores: Through its bandwidth management insights, we have been able to track the nightly congestion of the Thistle Trafalgar Square property. After upgrading the access points, our Wi-Fi-related complaint tickets have decreased by 62%.

 ### 2. Branded Guest Wi‑Fi Made Easy, with Seamless Email Capture and Klaviyo Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beata L. | Guest Relation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

We have been using Beambox at our three London properties for the past 6 months and the results have been great. The best part is that its customised splash page perfectly matches our hotel's theme and branding, giving guests a premium experience right from the start. Its automated email capture system in the background works without any hassle. Guests can use high-speed internet simply by accepting the Terms and Conditions, which doesn't require any extra time from our front desk staff. In addition, the Klaviyo integration works great, which allows guest data to go directly to our 'Loyalty & Offers' list.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Its built-in segmentation tools are somewhat limited. We cannot separate guests by 'Length of stay' or 'Room type' directly from the Beambox dashboard, for which we have to manually export the data to the PMS (Property Management System). In addition, real-time reporting is sometimes delayed by 15 to 30 minutes, which makes live guest tracking a bit slow during a major event. Since our business travellers usually prefer to log in quickly via email, the social login option has not been of much use to us.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generate revenue from Wi-Fi: Previously, our Wi-Fi was just a basic free service with no marketing value. Now each connection has become a valuable marketing contact.

Database growth: In the last 6 months, our direct email database has grown by more than 40% without any additional labour.

Ancillary Revenue: When we display a 20% discount banner for breakfast or spa treatments on the splash page, we receive an average of more than 35 redemptions per week, which ensures additional revenue for our hotel.

 ### 3. Beambox Makes Guest Wi‑Fi Setup and Branded Login Pages Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren B. | Bartender Manager, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

What I liked most about Beambox was its interface and the way it manages guest Wi-Fi. It is very easy to set up, and its drag-and-drop feature saves us a lot of time in customising the login page to match our brand. In particular, its automated marketing tools are extremely effective for re-engaging with customers.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Occasionally, the Analytics dashboard takes a while to load, which can be a bit of a hindrance when you need to work quickly. It would also be even better if there were options for direct integration with certain other third-party apps. However, these are not major issues.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, it was quite difficult for us to manage our guest Wi-Fi and collect customer data. Thanks to Beambox, our customers can now connect quickly and without any hassle. We can now very easily collect customer email lists and feedback, which has strengthened our marketing campaigns.

 ### 4. Beambox: Easy Branded Wi‑Fi and Effortless Guest Data for Custom Promotions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niall E. | General Manager, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

At Turtle Bay, our main goal is to give our guests an amazing Caribbean experience.
Beambox has been a huge help to us in achieving this. Its Wi-Fi solution is as easy to use for our guests as it is effective for our management team. We were able to design the login page very easily to match our brand. Because guest data is collected automatically through this system, our marketing team can run customised promotions very easily. It's a perfect 'set and forget' system that does its own work in the background.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Although the system works very well, the graphical interface on the dashboard sometimes takes a bit of time to load. Also, it would be even better if we could send auto-replies based directly on the feedback from guest reviews. At the moment, we have to do some tasks manually that could be automated a bit more.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying data collection: Previously, it was impossible to collect guest email addresses manually, but now this is being done via the Wi-Fi connection.
Guest retention: We are now able to send automatic reminders and offers to people who haven't visited our venue for a long time, which has increased our retention rate.
Secure Wi-Fi: Keeping the guest network separate from our operational network was crucial for our security compliance, and Beambox has ensured this.

 ### 5. Centralized Guest Wi‑Fi Management with Branded Splash Pages and Effortless Data Capture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas N. | Assistant General Manager, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

In a large organization like Big Fish Restaurant Group, both guest experience and operational efficiency are equally important. The biggest advantage of Beambox is that it has centralized guest Wi-Fi management across our various locations. When our guests connect, they are presented with a professional splash page that is consistent with our brand. Additionally, the automatic guest data collection is a great asset for our marketing team. It's helping us build a robust customer database without any extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

While the platform is extremely useful, filtering some of the advanced analytics on the dashboard may seem a bit time-consuming at first. Especially when we want to compare data from multiple locations at once, it would be nice if the interface were a little simpler. Additionally, if customer support responded more quickly, it would be more convenient for enterprise-level users. However, since the system is stable, we haven't run into any major problems.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy network access: It has reduced the burden on our staff of having to connect guests to the Wi-Fi. Guests can now connect easily on their own.

Increased Reviews and Ratings: Their automated review request system has significantly boosted our online ratings across various locations.

Customer Retention: By understanding guests' visit patterns, we can send them customized offers, encouraging them to return to our restaurant again and again.

 ### 6. Beambox Streamlined Guest Wi‑Fi Onboarding and Elevated Our Brand Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teagan L. | Employee Services & Benefits Manager, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

In a large hospitality group like ours, countless visitors and client meetings take place every day. The best part of Beambox is that it has fully automated our guest Wi-Fi onboarding process. Now we don't have to waste time giving passwords at the front desk or to our employees. Its customizable splash page is designed according to our brand guidelines, giving visitors a premium experience. Also, it's much easier for us to track office utilization and guest foot-traffic from the backend dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Although the platform is very useful, its analytics dashboard can sometimes feel a bit complicated, especially when we try to filter data for multiple locations at once. The dashboard could be made a bit cleaner and more user-friendly.
What's more, for a large organization like ours, it would have been easier to manage security if Okta or other enterprise SSO (Single Sign-On) options had been included as standard features.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced administrative hassle: In the past, providing Wi-Fi access to guests disrupted our staff's work, but now that's no longer necessary.

Security and compliance: Beambox has provided a completely separate and secure network for our guests, which helps us maintain the security of our internal data.

Office utilization insights: Data on guest traffic in our various spaces and the average length of time they spend there is proving to be extremely helpful for our facility planning.

 ### 7. Easy Guest WiFi Management with Smooth Setup and Strong Data Capture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruth M. | Global Marketing Manager, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The Beambox is an extremely easy-to-use device that can be used every day at many different places to manage guest WiFi. The implementation process went smoothly and we were able to get it rolling without any issues. The integration between Mailchimp and Salesforce allowed us to successfully sync guest information for our campaigns. The platform offers many excellent features, particularly with respect to data capture and engagement tracking. Customer service is quick to respond if you need help setting up.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

When You try to build reports using the dashboard, it’s a bit of a limitation. While generally intuitive, the advanced settings require a little bit more time to become familiar with. Integration works well overall, yet there is hope for more options.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can now capture guest data directly from the WiFi access which can otherwise be hard to do. As a result, we can run better marketing campaigns and get to know guests on property at a more granular level.

 ### 8. Clear, Actionable Foot Traffic Analytics with Beambox

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Paid advertising manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

With Beambox, controlling access makes it easier to offer a delightful guest WiFi experience. Any user or administrator will find the dashboard easy and intuitive to use. It also offers insights on client behaviour. Administrator network monitoring can be done easily by using Admin Control Panel. This allows easy login type, and connected device lists. This simple guest WiFi login solution is designed to offer guests a better experience by adding social WiFi login and custom branding.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Some of the reporting options could do with increasing flexibility for exporting your analytics for your own reporting purposes. The interface is quite simple and easy to use for most users, but some advanced configuration choices require a bit of searching during initial platform configuration.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Beambox, you are able to offer guests secure and reliable guest WiFi whilst gaining insights on how your visitors use it. Our team has an understanding of traffic and engagement patterns.

 ### 9. Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Automation with Powerful Real-Time Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mattie M. | Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

What strikes us first is how easy to use the interface is. I was able to visually map out processes with a drag-and-drop workflow builder. I built out my first automation without ever referencing the docs which saved me several hours during onboarding.

Every day I use the real-time analytics dashboard and the workflow automation engine. Automation rules could implement conditional logic and remove the manual routing of tasks. For instance, an automated trigger is put in place through which requests are assigned to a group based on the priority and category. Previously, it had required some form of daily monitoring; it now runs in the background with almost no intervention needed.

The reporting dashboard has also been highly robust. Were seeing performance metrics in real-time instead of exporting long spreadsheets. We identified bottlenecks quickly to improve turn-around times due to visibility.

We did not expect the benefit of cross-team transparency. As everything is centralized, stakeholders can track status without check-in emails.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The extensive functionality and power of the platform is impressive, but the onboarding experience could be made more seamless and easier. Features like multi-step conditional logic, which are more advanced automation features, do not show themselves as much at first.
Offering assistance by the company will be greatly productive.

Even if the configuration options sufficient, they can be more specific. Exporting dashboards with filtering (advanced segmentation) will take a couple of extra steps. A streamlined way to navigate that workflow could be created, especially for teams that need heavy data analysis.

Nothing mentioned here is really a deal breaker, but it would make the overall experience better with improved onboarding and more flexibility in reporting.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our workflows were scattered/remained at the discretion of a variety of tools, and now by consolidating and automating those tasks within BeamBox, we have significantly enhanced our turnaround times along with accountability.

Previously with BeamBox, spawning and monitoring tasks was a daily manual process. Automated workflows now manage distribution in real-time, saving 30–40% of coordination time.

We also did not have the very pure visibility of performance metrics. We can now monitor KPIs on BeamBox’s dashboard continuously, enabling quicker decision-making and measurable productivity gains

Workflow automation, task tracking and process optimization are some of the main use cases for us using BeamBox. It sits at the center of coordinating cross-functional projects and tracking operational metrics.

I use this for individual domain priority queues and performance reporting. Encouraging at the team level, it sets up collaborative workflows, assignments for automated task distribution and insights on what milestones have been achieved.

 ### 10. Hands-Off WiFi Management: Fast Deployment and Full Visibility with Beambox

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael N. | Post Merger Integration, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

At an operational level, the ease of deployment and speed of deployment are perhaps the most notable factors. We have lean, distributed teams in many locations, and Beambox demands virtually no IT resources to implement and run. The cloud-based dashboard gives mwith sibility across all locations without requiring additional headcount. It changes what was formerly a low-level but nagging operational concern – managing the WiFi network – into something completely hands-off and automated. That, to me, is what efficiency looks like for a COO.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Enterprise single sign-on integration for the single admin user. As we move forward and institutionalize our security processes, I need the ability to authenticate and authorize access to the Beambox through our identity service provider, Okta, with SCIM. This level of enterprise authentication requires a workaround. This should be a standard offering, not an add-on, for a company of our size and type.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses three different operational challenges:Resource Allocation: Prior to using the Beambox, configuring and delivering a guest WiFi service at a new office location or event required dedicated technical hours for configuration and testing, including ongoing password resets. For us, that's a zero. We can now allocate resources for revenue-generating activities.Scalability & Consistency: When we were expanding into our new regional office, previously, it was like rebuilding the wheel when it came to delivering the WiFi experience. Today, with this solution, we have a repeatable formula for deploying in the field: plug in the boxes, apply the global template, go live. Consistency everywhere, across brand and data collection.Cross-Departmental Friction: The marketing department needed visitor information. The IT department owned the network. These departments have historically used different languages. Beambox is a bridge between these departments that is easy to use. It brings value to both the IT department with a manageable network and the marketing department with qualified leads. The operations department also gets a single source of truth. The value is eliminating internal friction.

 ### 11. Beambox: First-Party Data Capture with a Fully Branded Captive Portal.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie N. | Content Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The strategist in me values first-party data capture above all else. Living in a world where the third-party cookie is dying, Beambox gives us a direct line to the actual people interacting with our clients' brands. Because of the ability to customize the captive portal, I can ensure that the brand's voice and visual identity are consistent from the very moment that a guest connects. I also love the Review Automator; it bridges a gap between the physical experience and the digital "social proof" that is so critical for SEO and brand authority.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The level of content customization provided within the portal feels a bit template-like at times. When we are working with very specific, high-touch campaigns for brand on campus university environments or healthcare facilities, I would love to see more robust CSS controls to further push the creative envelope. The reporting is great for seeing traffic, but I would love to see more advanced sentiment analysis tools integrated within the dashboard to assist me with further optimizing our current messaging.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beambox solves the Anonymous Guest problem. Traditionally, our clients, traditionally, had no way of knowing or following up on people who physically came to their locations unless they made sure to sign up for something. Beambox does this automatically at scale. It helps me because I have a clear profile of the audience: frequency, dwell time, and demographics. In return, I'm building way more effective user personas and journey maps. We can transition from guessing what the audience wants to knowing based on real-world behaviors they exhibit; hence, creating content that actually resonates.

 ### 12. Get useful visitor insights to manage guest Wi-Fi efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra V. | Analytics Manager, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

From an analytical view, I like being able to see guest traffic. We needed a solution that could separate visitor access from our corporate network without IT being required to manually generate vouchers for every guest or client meeting. Beambox automates logging in via the splash page and the backend dashboard gives me a clear log of who is connecting and when. Our spaces' peak visitor times are surprisingly accurate with the presence analytics.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

I enjoy seeing guest traffic from a analytical view. We wanted to separate our visitors’ access from our corporate one without the manual generation of the voucher by IT for every guest or client meeting. I can see who is connecting and when, thanks to the backend dashboard, and Beambox automates the logging in through the splash page. The presence analytics very closely match out spaces’ peak visitor times.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily solve your guest access security and compliance headache. We have switched from having the Wi-Fi password scrawled on the whiteboard (which is insecure) to a compliant logged system where we know who is on the network. We can also see how many non-employees are on site during events or heavy meeting days. This helps us track “office utilization.”

 ### 13. Powerful White-Labeled Wi‑Fi Portal That Captures Customer Profiles Automatically

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine G. | E-commerce Product Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Beambox's management and login portal is the most powerful component of Beambox. We wanted to collect customer emails without it being a cumbersome activity for either the running staff or the guests. When people join the Wi-Fi, it captures profiles automatically, saving us the hassle of data entry. The white-labeling is carried out well; the portal looks like ours, not a third-party service, which keeps the guest experience consistent.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Integrating the hardware was not a plug-and-play affair for us. Our existing access points took about three attempts to sync with the Beambox software before it was stable. The advanced analytics dashboard can also appear somewhat cluttered. It took me a few weeks to figure out what filter to choose for return visitors in specific date ranges without resetting the whole view.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we provided guest Wi-Fi but received nothing in return. Beambox resolved the issue of unidentified foot traffic. We are now set up that when a guest logs in (integrated with our Square POS and Mailchimp) not only are they added to our marketing list, but they get an automatic follow-up. As a result, we own a database of thousands of verified emails, which is more important than ever.

 ### 14. Using Guest WiFi to Understand Customer Retention.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos P. | Finance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

What I like best is that it doesn't require any intervention on our part. In a coffee shop, we don't have the luxury of taking the time to ask every single person that comes in for their email address. Beambox takes care of that for us. Once it's installed, our guest count just grows on its own. What I also appreciate, for our purposes, is that it shows us exactly how many people are coming in, how long they're staying, and most importantly, how many of those people are repeat customers versus first-timers.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The biggest challenge is that it's a recurring cost. It's a recurring cost by location, so for a growing business like Arro Coffee, which has multiple locations throughout London, it's an expense that adds up from a profit and loss perspective. It's one more subscription to keep track of, and you need to be good about actually utilizing the data they're collecting to ensure you're getting a return on that investment. If you're not sending a campaign or looking at the data, it's just one more expense.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we had was a lack of understanding of customer retention. We knew the numbers of sales, but we didn’t know the people behind the numbers. Beambox is helping us solve that problem by utilizing our guest WiFi as a marketing tool. The problem Beambox is solving for us is the silent customer. The customer has a great experience but never tells us anything about it. The review prompts are helping us maintain a strong online presence on Google without having to asour managers r reviews. From a finance and management perspective, this is helping us because it’s increasing the equity of our brand’s online presence, which is helping us bring in new foot traffic without having an advertising budget. It’s an automated version of the word-of-mouth process, which is the cheapest way for us to bring in new customers.

 ### 15. Smooth Guest WiFi Automation with Useful Opt-Ins and Review Prompts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Upasana K. | Team Leader, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

I love how Beambox takes care of our guest WiFi and follow-ups on a daily basis. After the configuration of the login portal and branding, it operated smoothly in the background.

The sequence of Social WiFi and email opt-ins is suitable for a café. Guests connect quickly. We do not have staff explaining the WiFi process when guests are busy. We find the automation of review prompts super useful; positive feedback is encouraged to go public and issues come back to us internally.

One tiny yet useful detail is how the guests list auto-updates in actual near time. As soon as the dashboard refreshes, you see the latest opt-ins and repeat visits. This makes it easy to track repetitive visitors.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

It’s okay to customize the login page if you want standard branding but if you needed higher control over the layout, it can seem limiting and not possible, for instance, you can only customize the color, logo, background image, and more.

Utilizing reporting on a daily basis is great. However, on the off chance where we would like to export and compare data over a longer period, the reporting would ultimately not be sufficient. These are not blocker issues but rather more granular items that power users would find useful.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Beambox, taking care of guest WiFi and follow-up reviews were a manual jobs or not done at all. Now the process is consistent and does not rely on staff remembering to ask customer.

We’ve seen increased opt-in rates and more Google reviews without increasing the staff workload. According to the team, the result is quality of life improvement, which means less WiFi questions, less manual work, and better visibility into guest engagement across trips. All in all, the team findings and the actual results tally perfectly.

 ### 16. Simple, Seamless WiFi Insights with a Helpful Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant N. | Key Account Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Our WiFi data helps us understand customer-in store interactions without any hassle. Beambox is simple. The dashboard gives essential information on visitor activity, and is helpful when talking with partners and planning campaigns. Store activity integration took place effortlessly and without much setup work. During peak hours of traffic, the platform functions seamlessly with no lag or connectivity problems. Cost and Return on Investment. The price seems reasonable given the insights into customer behavior and engagement that the brand offers. When we needed some basic support, onboarding was quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The reporting functionality was less flexible, particularly when examining results from different time periods or places.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of in-store customer behavior and marketing accelerates support for retail partners and enhances engagement strategies.

 ### 17. The Bridge Between Our Network and Our Revenue Team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicola B. | IT Project Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

As far as technology is concerned, the cloud management is a significant win. I can manage all the client splash portals through one interface without having to deal with the routers. From a business perspective, the lead flow is seamless. It takes something as mundane as Wi-Fi and turns it into a lead flow system. The two-fold purpose is what won us over.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

While reporting is good, it has potential that could better suit an agency model. I would love to begin creating and branding reporting packages for each of our clients to deliver a dashboard of their unique visitor information. Currently, we need to assemble figures from analytics into our own reporting templates, which is not part of their services.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Security: It gets our clients from open or shared-key Wi-Fi onto a secure guest isolation network with appropriate terms of service acceptance. 2) Marketing Intelligence: It provides a solution for the “black hole” of physical visitor traffic flow. Our clients and even our offices will know who the visitors are, how many there are, and how long they stay.

 ### 18. From Security Liability to Strategic Asset.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Loss Prevention Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The level of detail in the access records is invaluable. From a Loss Prevention Manager’s perspective, I love the capability to determine the specific device, and by extension, the individual who was able to authenticate on our guest network and for how long. This turns our WiFi into a traceable network, making it an auditable point of access, as opposed to a blind spot. We also appreciate the segmentation between the guest and our secure network to ensure complete segregation between the guest and the secure network.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The alerts and notifications provided by Beambox are more marketing-oriented. I would like to see real-time alerts related to security, such as a device connecting during non-business hours, an individual user connecting too many devices, or failed attempts at logging into the entrance page. Currently, I have to monitor the logs to identify any anomalies.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It also addresses the pressing issue of unmanaged and unsecured access. In the past, our WiFi system relied on a public password displayed on a whiteboard, presenting us with significant security concerns. With this system implemented, we now have an organized way of guest registration. This helps us in at least three ways: (1) preventing unauthorized access through the creation of audit trails of logins for security purposes, such as theft of data and hacking incidents; (2) providing a way to solve incidents of unauthorized access through access log information from login to WiFi networks correlating with access information from card-swiping systems; and (3) facilitating the application of our access policies to users through correlating access to WiFi networks with access information from card-swiping systems.

 ### 19. Turned Our In-store Guest WiFi into a Consistent Source of Leads

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Retail Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

We would like white-labelling, exactly what we need! So here’s our splash page, which immediately already looks in-brand for our store - it is very much a place that uses colour to identify its parts, even though everyone tries really hard not to). The auto email capture has been working flawlessly - every customer we've helped becomes a contact in the system and NO ONE HAS TO EVEN LIFT A FINGER. I also like the modest analytics basics here: The IzeeFob will let you know how many connections there were per day, and at what peak hours which is sometimes something we’ve never been able to understand better than when we simply used old-fashioned manual counters.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The post-capture marketing options seem limited for anyone in retail. The email templates are simplistic and not built for e-commerce promotions or abandoned cart flow. We literally only used Beambox to capture, syncing each captured email straight into Klaviyo for actual marketing. The social WiFi login feature didn’t help us either retail customers just want to get on the web fast, they don’t want to log in with Facebook and it was friction that didn’t need to be there. I wish we could do away with the "want to be anonymous?" part entirely on our splash page.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addressed our lack of an organized way to collect data on people who visited our store. Previously we had depended on infrequent newsletter sign-ups at the counter. And now all of our customer base are signing into marketing by using guest WiFi providing us with consent-based contact information at scale. The payoff is a richer, more involved customer database we can market to directly. We have launched succesfully "WiFi only" flash sale campaigns against this list, resulting in repeat store visits. It's effectively monetized an operational cost (guest WiFi) and provided a measurable marketing channel.

 ### 20. A Reliable Engine for Customer Engagement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy H. | Customer Success Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The auto Wi-Fi login experience is simply fantastic. It enables us to deliver a branded, hassle-free experience to everyone from the moment they connect to our office or event Wi-Fi. The analytics interface is also extremely intuitive, providing us with insights into traffic patterns without overwhelming us.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

There was a bit more API work that needed to be done for the initial merge with our CRM system than we had expected. Although helthe p support staff were very cooperative, it pushed back our complete launch by a couple of weeks. The design of the reporting templates could also be somewhat more versatile, and we could use more customizable widgets.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beambox is trying to solve the problem of anonymous foousing t traffic. Before Beambox, visitors to our office were just an IP address on our network, but now they become identifiable contacts that we can market to with their consent. This will definitely help us because we will be able to directly connect offline interactions with our marketing funnel.

 ### 21. Great for Lead Capture at Events, But Limited Integration Depth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah B. | Account Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The platform does what it’s supposed to do, and does it really well making professional lead capture during events as easy as can be. Chaining a branded and compliant WiFi splash page at our conference booths is super simple (often in under 15 minutes). This is important when setting up in a hurry. It's best feature is the direct pull into HubSpot- which makes it so we do not have to manual transfer contacts and that our sales team can get warm leads in real time.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The system's utility decreases after the first capture. The out-of-the-box marketing automation is enough to get you by, but it's not advanced, things like segmentation are basic and the email editor doesn't allow us to fully realize dynamic content that our marketing team would want. As such, we use Beambox solely as a means of capture at this stage and all significant engagement campaigns need to be handed over to our main marketing automation platform. An API integration between the two could make Add To Any even more valuable.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates the operational inadequacies and data integrity challenges that are implicated with manual capture of event leads.” In the past, business cards and spreadsheet entries made data decay all too common, as lag time set in between connections and follow-ups. Beambox delivers a consistent, scalable process with all qualified leads automatically formatted and sent to the appropriate system every time they are captured. The result is a quantifiable acceleration of lead conversion and the delivery of more polished front-of-house representation at our events and in-office clientele meetings.

 ### 22. Bridging the Gap Between Physical Space and Digital Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan M. | Head of Marketing @ iGroove | Exploring Tech Innovation at @ EU-Startups, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The fit with our marketing tech stack was great. Integration with our CRM and ad platforms seemed to come seamlessly, not as an append-only solution. How easy it is for our campaign managers creating a segment specific email flow for attendees, what would take them and email developer hours can now be done in minutes. Installation was a breeze and had fantastic instructions for our IT professional. We rely on it heavily to credit offline activity with an online conversion. Dozens of features are marketer-friendly each tool has its place in the attribution funnel. Your customer support knows about marketing use cases not just technical ones.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

It also doesn't have quite the depth of analytics we crave - there are some fancy in-app analytics but our data team is fussy (but lovely). We frequently export raw data to be analyzed in other venues. As a data capture platform, the ability to create custom data points or forms on the login portal is sort of limited and doesn't allow for more nuanced lead qualification at point of capture.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The offline-to-online ROI for client retail and event marketing activations was something our agency couldn’t wrap its head or arms around. We looked at Bloom Intelligence and MyWiFi Networks. We moved from MyWiFi Networks to Beambox as they were able to give us better marketing focused analytics and deeper integrations into the ecosystem. Beambox is the concrete data connection that we were missing. We use it at client pop-ups, trade shows and stores to capture engaged leads then instantly track them in the digital world. The HubSpot & TikTok Pixel integration is game-changing. We’ll push leads directly into your CRM pipeline for sales follow ups, we'll create lookalike audiences of event attendees that destroy campaign performance, and ultimately the value you receive from our service.

 ### 23. A strategic link between the physical and digital worlds.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne Q. | Director, Business Marketing | Global Leader | Ex Pin & Hearst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Aside from making the world a better, fairer place (a topic for another time), as a marketing leader Beambox enables me to quantify the connection between offline activity and our digital funnel where there is often nothing more than guesswork. The simplicity for my team to run a targeted captive portal campaign is great. Adoption went better than expected for a cloud solution! The level of support provided by our onboarding specialists was forward-thinking. “This is something we are using week in and week out to guide how our campaigns think.” There's a good number of features, especially the UTM parameter tracking and audience segmentating is strong for a WiFi platform. It was so easy to integrate with our main marketing stack that it sealed the deal for us!

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

We do have native dashboard analytics which look clean, but if I want to really drill in and start correlating with other campaign data, then they need to be exported into our BI tools - one more step that we like to work hard to avoid. I'd expect to see some more 'inside-out predictive' or AI-driven insights (e.g. optimal time for engagement, audience segment suggestions) baked into the premium tiers on a platform that is predicated on data capture. The first integration, even though technically smooth, needed internal convergence with the networking, legal (privacy) and marketing teams to establish our rules around how we were going to use their data.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had to turn our office and events WiFi from a cost center, into a measurable engagement channel in order to figure out the ROI of our in person marketing. We tried MyWiFi Networks, but it didn’t have the analytics that we needed. So, the issue of telling when offline events like a user attending or not attending an evening course was successful and attributing it tosometh ing online activity (e.g. ads seen impressions) is solved by Beambox. It gets opt-in professional contacts at our office and industry events, so that we can track the correlation between in-person engagements and later webinar sign-ups / content downloads / sales inquiries. The connection to Marketo and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (via pixel) can't be understated. Now that we know they've been a student in our audience, it’s time to go more granular on event attendance and begin retargeting them in Marketo. The result is a better calculation of event ROI and a hotter, individualized lead nurturing channel.

 ### 24. Streamlines Guest WiFi & Marketing for Hospitality Groups And Large Chain Hotels

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin A. | Senior Food and Beverage Manager, Food & Beverages, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Operationally, the convenience of controlling hotels across the portfolio from one dashboard is a huge plus. Ease of setup for our normal guest wifi was easy. Customer service was great while we set up for our banquet and lobby areas. We deploy it daily across F&B (food and beverage) outlets. The fact that you can choose from customized splash pages for different locations (pool, restaurant, lobby) fits that flexibility bill. It was also the ease of integration with other key platforms that won me over to corporate IT approval.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Then there's the reporting features, which are great for creating sales conversions however at the operational level they just don't cut it. For example, knowing how many unique guests used our restaurant versus bar vs conference WiFi to plan capacity isn't exactly intuitive. It does integrate strong with the top CRMs, but getting a highly custom two way sync between our PMS and obtaining room number data in real time from guest information was also heavily heavy development wise.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our food and beverage outlets very much relied on fragmented and unmeasured guest WiFi marketing systems, we needed a brand compliant centralised system. We moved from Adentro only because Beambox provided a more rounded set of marketing tools and enterprise control. It now delivers the guests' consistent, high quality sign in experience befitting of our hotel’s brand and concurrently captures opt-in contacts from our most used social zones. Integration with Mailchimp and Facbook Pixel is Brilliant. We could serve up a campaign to guests who have visited our rooftop bar, prompting them to book a table in our steakhouse during next stay. The reward is higher F&B spend per guest and lasting post-stay relationships: transient guests turn into repeat visitors.

 ### 25. A New Paradigm for High Volume Guest Engagement and Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel F. | Food & Beverage Manager, Food & Beverages, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

With high-energy environments like ours, usability for both our staff and guests are paramount. Beambox nails this with a super fast, one-tap social login that doesn’t leave bottlenecks at the door. Being able to administer from a central panel is great when managing several locations! Although we went 'multi-venue' in the beginning, customer support has been proactive. We rely on it nonstop each guest connection is a potential one. The amount of features such as auto-welcome SMS and capturing emails etc all worked without issue at our scale. Integration with our core marketing stack is very easy, and so it was strongly considered.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The reporting suite is decent but for a company of our size, it could probably be a little more enterprise level. We also are interested in exploring deeper analytics that can link campaign data to real point of sale (POS) revenue by location, or daypart. Core integration is great, but developing specialized, two-way datapipes with our proprietary operational systems required more of our in-house tech resources than we had hoped.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a centralized solution to convert guest WiFi from a cost center into an important marketing tool at the all of our varied sites. We switched from Purple as Beambox had a better an maybe more advanced marketing automation(which we needed for experiential brands). Now, it automatically constructs our guest database in-the-moment, so we can retarget visitors with tailored promotions for their next night out. The add-ons for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Customer Match are game-changing. We can now segment audience by kind of venue (nightclub goers vs. restaurant visitors), and run tightly targeted digital campaigns. The payoff is more repeat visitation and the capability to track guest engagement beyond a single visit.

 ### 26. Connects Our In-Store Experience Directly to Our Digital Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellie H. | Retail Store Manager, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

Very user friendly. My non technical store team can access dailies, sign ups and push out promotions thru the easy to use dashboard. The application was easy enough to implement, we were deployed on our branded login page within a week. Customer support was responsive when we wanted assistance connecting our particular router. It's our #1 tool for building lists. Everything the number of features in this platform, especially automated welcome emails and review requests is amazing. And it was a heavy consideration that we could very easily integrate into our large systems.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Though the main functionality is strong, I’d like to see more direct sales attribution in the reporting. Seeing that a later-logged-in customer who made an online purchase is the same shopper requires cross-referencing of information. More prebuilt segments (ie “Menswear Browser,” “Accessory Shopper”) based on visit data would also help tailor follow-ups for a fashion retailer.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to rely on a generic WiFi password and had no method of capturing customer data or linking store visits to online. We migrated from Social WiFi due to Beambox offering more powerful marketing tools than just a login. It’s currently set up to grow our email list for us with engaged customers and get them right into one of our marketing flows. It integrates with Klaviyo and the facebook Pixel which is a game changer- We can retarget store visitors for specific product categories they've viewed. The result is a significant increase in online engagement from our in-store traffic and an infinitely more professional customer journey.

 ### 27. Reliable Tool for Client Site Management and Customer Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colin S. | Director of Sales, National Accounts, Food & Beverages, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

As the Director of Sales, National Accounts of deploying and managing our client facing tech, I love how robust Beambox hardware is. The routers are rock solid, and once you set them up they pretty much just work. For our agency, we place these at client retail locations. And the greatest part is a centralized dashboard- I can look at an overview of all client access points, see the status of them from our office (I have rebooted remotely when necessary) and also push new splash pages without having to visit each location. It had saved us hours and hours on average maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The initial per-location installation is quite time consuming for my Technician Team, particularly if a client’s internet structure is already in a state of disrepair. The hardware is solid, but mount selection isn't the greatest so clean installations in certain places will take a little creativity. Also, the reporting is awesome for us as clients, but I could use more detailed backend diagnostic tools in my role. I also occasionally have to reach out to support in order to receive more technical logs.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I and My Team a full service marketing and Technical, and Beambox helps us with two things:

Proof is in the Performance – For clients who run foot-traffic driving promotions, we now can give evidence of engagement from a campaign right within their WiFi logins. This is a huge value-add.

Operational efficiency: In the past managing disparate WiFi solutions across clients was a big hassle. Now I have everything in one place to handle it all. When a client calls and says that the guest WiFi is down, I can 99 times out of 100 diagnose and correct the issue in under five minutes from my desk.

 ### 28. Sociable Beambox Sales Team That Truly Understands Us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor Z. | Associate Director of Operations Services, Hospitality, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

The Beambox sales team are very sociable. It is the main point that I liked about this company the most because you need a company who can understand you properly.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The report is plain. It would be great if the data of locations were flexible enough to explore essential items.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key problems Beambox solves is standardising guest WiFi across locations. This will also decrease operational problems and ensure consistent experience for staff and customers.

 ### 29. Easy Guest WiFi Login with Helpful Visitor Activity Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta Garcia P. | Team Lead, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

It is very easy to provide WiFi to guests. It is also easy to login. I like the fact we are also able to see the basic activity of a visitor that lets us know the busy hours at the café.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Some reports are quite basic. It would be great to have something that gives more information regarding customer behaviour.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives reliable WiFi for the guests. It also provides a simple way to see how many guests connect and when. This is useful for daily operations.

 ### 30. Easy-to-Use Guest WiFi Analytics That Turns Visits into Marketing Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace D. | Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

It is easy to use and help turn guest WiFi into valuable marketing data. Visitor behaviour data is clearly visible on the dashboard that helps in campaign planning.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

The report requires further detailed description were possible. Specifically, cross-location performance over time.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beambox provides us with information linking the physical visit with the internet. It is useful for targeting and improving campaigns.

 ### 31. Does the job without much hassle!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Glenys D. | Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

We don’t have to think about it much. Customers onboard and everything works fine even at full capacity of the restaurant.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

It would be nice if the dashboard had a little more detail.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handles guest WiFi smoothly so we don’t get complaints or disruption during service.

 ### 32. Peace of mind with Beambox's protection and compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelsey W. | People Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It’s a hassle-free solution that allows me to focus on my business without worrying about legal or security issues. Beambox has been invaluable in ensuring my business stays protected and fully compliant with data regulations.

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Charges for massive database sizes can run up fast, but luckily their team was able to help us export!

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Beambox was a huge help when it came to email marketing and user insights for visitors to the physical locations of the businesses we're managing!

 ### 33. Really solid guest wifi tool at a low price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Beambox?**

We’ve had free guest WiFi for years, but Beambox helped us turn it into a tool for growing our business. The login process is seamless for customers, and the data we collect has been a game-changer.
Really easy to use, and customer support was great!

**What do you dislike about Beambox?**

Integration with certain existing routers is harder than others.

**What problems is Beambox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting wifi for guests can be a bit stressful, since I wanted to make sure nobody's accounts were compromised. This took all the pain out of it, and made setup + implimentation pretty straighforward.
