After using Beambox for 2 years we have found the biggest benefit to turn our guest WiFi sign in process which was never used previously as a viable lead capture process instead of paper sign-up sheets or having staff chase contact details after events. This platform is day-to-day easy so venues and events can check performance with little training. Rolling out the system was easy enough, especially when compared to what we had before. It also connected to HubSpot and Cisco Meraki, making for a cleaner handoff between WiFi data collection and marketing follow-up. I have to say the customer support has been responsive, whether we need help changing a login page to check a venue set up.

What strikes us first is how easy to use the interface is. I was able to visually map out processes with a drag-and-drop workflow builder. I built out my first automation without ever referencing the docs which saved me several hours during onboarding. Every day I use the real-time analytics dashboard and the workflow automation engine. Automation rules could implement conditional logic and remove the manual routing of tasks. For instance, an automated trigger is put in place through which requests are assigned to a group based on the priority and category. Previously, it had required some form of daily monitoring; it now runs in the background with almost no intervention needed. The reporting dashboard has also been highly robust. Were seeing performance metrics in real-time instead of exporting long spreadsheets. We identified bottlenecks quickly to improve turn-around times due to visibility. We did not expect the benefit of cross-team transparency. As everything is centralized, stakeholders can track status without check-in emails.
