**What do you like best about Bazinga?**

List of units and owners/residents all in one platform, plus the ability for discussion areas for the community to use  when they need, which they can post images also and help one another and share information.

**What do you dislike about Bazinga?**

I like the fact that you have all the owners/residents' suite information and contact information in a single place. Also being able to email directly through the platform

**Recommendations to others considering Bazinga:**

Something for a smaller tight-knit community to engage and encourage communication and access documents etc as needed

**What problems is Bazinga solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating with residents, tenants and owners, this platform benefits, it also has a forum for discussion amongst groups which can be useful for the community in question
